This promotion is valid for the following Samsung devices intended for the German market, identified by their specific model codes (''Promotional Devices''):

The listed model codes are country-specific. Customers purchasing a promotional device and wishing to participate in this promotion are responsible for ensuring that their purchased device has a model code that matches one in the tables above. Participating retailers can provide information regarding the model code of the selected device. Customers are strongly advised to verify the model code of their chosen device against the promotional device tables with the retailer before finalizing the purchase agreement. This is particularly important when purchasing a promotional device online, where customers cannot personally verify that the device has a model code eligible for participation in the promotion before completing the purchase. Identical devices with different model codes are not eligible for this promotion.

Promotion Details and Participation

Eligible customers who purchase a promotional device from the Samsung online shop at samsung.com/de or from a participating retailer in Germany between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025 (''Promotion Period'') (based on the invoice date of the purchase receipt, or the order date confirmed by the retailer for online orders) will receive a voucher code for six months of waipu.tv Perfect Plus at no additional cost (six months for €0 instead of the regular price of €12.99/month). The bonus has a maximum value of €77.94. After the free period expires, there will be no automatic renewal. Details about the included channels can be found at waipu.tv. waipu.tv can also be used on other devices. Participants agree not to sell or offer the received bonus for sale within six months of receipt. The bonus cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Eligibility is limited to private end customers aged 18 and over who have not previously registered with waipu.tv and who have purchased a promotional device from a participating retailer in Germany during the promotion period. Wholesalers and retailers are not eligible. Private sales/purchases, sales/purchases via online auctions (e.g., eBay), and sales/purchases of used devices are also excluded. The promotion is only valid for promotional devices that are in stock or immediately available.

Voucher codes can only be accessed between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025, via the Samsung Promotion App pre-installed on the promotional device. Activation of waipu.tv Perfect Plus must be completed by November 14, 2025, at the latest. Registration with waipu.tv is required to redeem voucher codes. This requires agreement to the terms of use and contract options. Voucher codes are non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Cash redemption is not possible.

Participation in the promotion is limited to one instance per promotional device.

Samsung reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion who violate or fail to comply with these terms and conditions; provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information; use unfair means and/or participate in the promotion more often than permitted or attempt to do so. If an exclusion reason exists, Samsung is entitled to reclaim the bonus or demand compensation for its value, even retrospectively.

Proof for faulty or missing streaming vouchers: If the Samsung Promotion App does not display valid streaming vouchers during the promotion period, or if displayed vouchers prove to be invalid, the participant must report this by submitting corresponding proof no later than the last day of the promotion period. Required proof must be sent via email to aktionen@samsung.de. The email must include the following information:

• Copy of the promotional device invoice
• Cable MAC address of the purchased promotional device
• Streaming Code + Proof of error

Samsung and the respective streaming service provider reserve the right to terminate the promotion or parts thereof prematurely, or to extend the promotion or parts thereof, or to change the terms and conditions. This applies particularly in cases of force majeure and if the proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. In the event of a change to the terms and conditions, the customer will be promptly informed; the customer will be granted a reasonable period within which they can object to the new terms and conditions. The changed terms and conditions are considered approved if the customer does not object within the specified period. The customer may not refuse their consent without stating essential reasons.

In the event of a final purchase cancellation within six months of the purchase date or order date, the bonus automatically ends at the time of the final cancellation. In such cases, voucher codes must be returned, or the participant is obligated to pay compensation for the value received. Samsung reserves the right to have voucher codes blocked via the streaming service provider.

By activating the offer, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
