Important Activation Information
IMPORTANT! Before turning on your new Jitterbug® Flip2, you must activate your phone.
The Jitterbug Flip2 is a mobile phone designed for ease of use. The device features a classic flip design with a large screen and physical buttons.

Activation Options
OPTION 1 – ONLINE
Activate your phone without transferring your current phone number.
- Step 1: Visit lively.com/activate.
- Step 2: Follow the online instructions to select your service plan and complete the activation process for your phone.
You will need your Jitterbug® Flip2's IMEI number, which can be found on the side of the phone's box.
This option offers a discounted activation charge of $25.
OPTION 2 – PHONE CALL
Connect with a live agent for assistance with activation.
- If you wish to transfer your phone number, follow Steps 1 through 4.
- If you do not wish to transfer your phone number, follow Steps 2 and 3.
Step 1: If you plan to transfer your phone number, first complete the "Phone Number Transfer Worksheet" provided below. You can find the necessary information on your past phone bills or by contacting your previous service provider.
Step 2: From another phone, call the activation line at 1.888.900.1367.
Step 3: The agent will assist you in selecting your service plan and activating your phone.
Step 4: The agent will collect the details from your completed "Phone Number Transfer Worksheet" to process your number transfer.
This option has a standard activation charge of $35. There is no additional charge for transferring your phone number.

You have the option to transfer your existing cell or home phone number to your new Jitterbug® Flip2 at no additional cost, provided the number is still available. Please write down the required information from your previous service below and have it ready to provide to the activation agent.
