IKEA strongly recommends securing the DUKTIG play kitchen to the wall using the included safety bracket. This prevents the furniture from tipping over if a child climbs or hangs on it. Different wall materials require specific types of fixing devices. Always use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home (these are not included with the product). If there is any uncertainty about the appropriate type of screw or fitting to use, it is advised to contact a local hardware store for guidance. The screw provided with the safety bracket is intended only for attaching the safety bracket to the furniture itself, not for fixing it to the wall.

Hob Battery Installation
The DUKTIG hob unit requires 4x 1.5V LR6 (AA) batteries for its light-up function. To install:
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the hob unit.
- Open the compartment cover.
- Insert four 1.5V LR6 (AA) batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
