Product Overview
The Noblelift PSxxCB series electric counterbalanced stacker offers rated load capacities from 2000 lbs to 3300 lbs, with a maximum lifting height of 177 inches. This series is characterized by its compact structure, providing an excellent operating experience while ensuring high efficiency at a low cost.
Key Advantages
- Compact Design: Features a small wheelbase and turning radius, requiring minimal aisle space for practical and applicable use.
- High Efficiency: Achieves fast driving speeds of 4.3 mph when fully loaded and 5 mph when unloaded, significantly higher than similar products typically operating below 3.7 mph.
- Stability and Safety: Utilizes an overall mast forward and backward structure, enhancing stability and safety compared to the fork forward and backward structure used by many competitors.
- Convenient Battery Replacement: Employs a side battery extraction structure for fast and convenient battery swapping, allowing for continuous operation across multiple shifts.
- Precise Control: Equipped with a hydraulic system featuring full proportional lifting, enabling precise positioning during lifting and lowering operations.
Performance and Key Components
Powerful AC Drive
The AC drive motor is designed and manufactured by Schabmueller, paired with a KORDEL gearbox, enabling vehicle speeds up to 5 mph. German Rader Vogel or Wicke drive wheels are used to extend the service life of the polyurethane (PU) tires.
Ergonomic Control System
Features a German REMA handle with a reliable and ergonomic control system. The non-contact lifting and lowering rocker switch design extends the handle's lifespan.
Maneuverability and Operator Comfort
The integrated foldable ride-on platform and protective arm, combined with a new internal body structure, minimize the stacker's overall length and achieve a smaller turning radius. The floating structure of the ride-on platform enhances operator comfort.
Core Components
Electric Power Steering
Noblelift stackers use a standard electric power steering system that provides quick and accurate control of the steering wheel position, meeting high standards for reliability and safety.
Multi-function Instrument Panel
The instrument panel displays the vehicle's working status, battery power, working time, driving speed, and steering angle. An outer ring aperture changes color from green to red to indicate fault codes requiring maintenance. A USB charging port is also included for powering external devices.
Robust Chassis Construction
The enclosure thickness of 0.31 inches ensures chassis strength, resisting damage even from impacts. The battery cover is made of iron for added protection.
Drive and Steering Controllers
Italian Zapi drive and steering controllers are utilized, offering customers reliable, flexible, and high-performance control system solutions.
Proportional Hydraulic System
The French HPI hydraulic system provides proportional lift control, ensuring accurate fork positioning during lifting and lowering. This results in smoother acceleration and deceleration of the forks, suitable for handling fragile items.
Battery Management
An optional automatic filling system is available for quickly refilling lead-acid batteries.
Options and Flexibility
Access Control
Standard Pin Panel Access allows for manual password entry or RFID card swiping to start the vehicle. This simplifies authorized operation, especially in multi-user environments.
Lithium Battery Option
Lithium batteries are available as an option, offering benefits such as fast charging, maintenance-free operation, environmental friendliness, and intelligent display functions. From a long-term ownership and maintenance perspective, lithium batteries are also very cost-effective.

Mast Configurations and Heights
The PSxxCB series offers various mast types with different height specifications. The 'h' values refer to specific mast dimensions: h1 (Lowered mast height), h2 (Free lift height), h3 (Lift height), h4 (Extended mast height), and h13 (Lowered height of fork carriage, often part of total height calculation). The 'h3+h13' column represents total lifting height or a related metric.
