How to Wear

1. Try different ear tip sizes for a perfect fit and optimal audio performance.
2. Insert the earbuds into your ears and rotate them to find the most comfortable and secure position. Ensure both earbuds are worn for the best experience.
3. Use the "Check My Best Fit" feature in the JBL Headphones app to confirm the optimal wearing position.

First Time Use

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 2 seconds to power on.
3. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.

Power On & Connect

To Power On:

• Open the charging case to automatically power on the earbuds.
• Alternatively, press and hold the touch control on each earbud for 2 seconds.

To Connect:

• For Android devices (Fast Pair): Open the charging case, and the JBL Tour Pro 3 will appear on your device. Tap "Connect". This feature is compatible with Android phones running version 6+.
• For Windows devices (Microsoft Swift Pair): Open the charging case. Your JBL Tour Pro 3 will appear in the Bluetooth list. Select it to connect. This is compatible with Windows 10 version 1803+.
• For other devices: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JBL Tour Pro 3" from the list, and tap to connect.

Dual Connect + Sync

Use both earbuds in Stereo mode for immersive sound, or use a single earbud in Mono mode for convenience.

Multi-Point Connection

Connect your JBL Tour Pro 3 to a maximum of two devices simultaneously. Tap the earbud once to switch between connected devices, or press and hold for 5 seconds to initiate pairing with a new device.

Controls

Control your music, calls, and features with intuitive touch controls on each earbud.

• Left Earbud:
  • Tap x1: Play/Pause Music, Answer/End Call
  • Tap x2: Next Track
  • Tap x3: Previous Track
  • Hold (2s): Activate ANC, Ambient Aware, or TalkThru modes.
  • Bixby/Siri®/Others: Activate voice assistant.
• Right Earbud:
  • Tap x1: Play/Pause Music, Answer/End Call
  • Tap x2: Next Track
  • Tap x3: Previous Track
  • Hold (2s): Activate ANC, Ambient Aware, or TalkThru modes.
  • Bixby/Siri®/Others: Activate voice assistant.

* Enable advanced controls and customize features by connecting your JBL Tour Pro 3 to the JBL Headphones app.

Auto Play/Pause

Your JBL Tour Pro 3 automatically pauses music when you remove an earbud and resumes playback when you put it back in.

You can manage this feature in the "Smart Automation" settings within the JBL Headphones app.

Silent Now

Activate "Silent Now" mode by pressing and holding the touch control on the earbuds for 5 seconds. This mode enhances noise cancellation and disables Bluetooth and music playback for a quiet experience.

Silent Now ON: ANC enabled, Bluetooth disabled, Music disabled.

Silent Now OFF: ANC disabled, Bluetooth enabled, Music enabled.

VoiceAware

VoiceAware allows you to control how much of your own voice you hear during calls. Adjust the level in the "Voice Setting" section of the JBL Headphones app.

Options include: Off, Low, Mid, High.

Smart Talk

Smart Talk automatically pauses your music and activates TalkThru when you start speaking. You can customize the duration for which TalkThru remains active after you finish speaking (5s, 15s, 20s) in the JBL Headphones app.

Audio Transmitter

Use the included audio transmitter to connect your JBL Tour Pro 3 to devices without Bluetooth, such as in-flight entertainment systems or treadmills.

• Connect the transmitter to your device via Aux, USB Type-C, or USB Type-A.
• Note: For best performance, use the original cables. Some in-flight entertainment systems may require a conversion adapter (not included).

Power Off

To power off your JBL Tour Pro 3, simply place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.

Manual Setup

Factory Reset: If you encounter issues, you can perform a factory reset. Tap the touch control on each earbud twice, then press and hold for 5 seconds. Place the earbuds in the charging case.

Restart: To restart the earbuds, press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds.

Smart Charging Case™ Settings

Customize your charging case experience through the JBL Headphones app:

• Adjust Brightness
• Set Lock Screen Wallpaper
• Manage Message Notifications and Previews
• Configure Feature Shortcuts (e.g., Ambient Sound Control, Spatial Sound, Timer, VoiceAware, Auto Play & Pause, Notification, Flashlight, SilentNow, Find My Buds)
• Set Language

The smart charging case can display various information and controls on its screen, including Equalizer settings, Spatial Sound modes, and Lock Screen Wallpaper.

Charging

Wired Charging: Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a Qi-certified wireless charging pad (not included).

Quick Charge: 10 minutes of charging provides approximately 3 hours of playback.

Battery Care
