Warranty Activation

Activate your 2-year warranty by scanning the QR code to visit xtikland.com within 14 days of receiving your product. This supports free replacement of damaged products without requiring the return of damaged items.

Before Use

  1. Battery Indicator

    The charging case displays the power level. The earbuds are charging when placed in the case.

  2. Select Proper Fit

    Choose the correct angle and ear tip size for a comfortable and secure fit.

Connecting

Follow these steps to pair your BX17 earbuds with your device:

  1. Open the charging case cover to initiate pairing mode. Close the cover to charge the earbuds.
  2. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select "BX17" from the list of available devices to pair.

Resetting

If you experience connection or function issues, reset the earbuds:

  1. Delete the "BX17" Bluetooth pairing information from your phone.
  2. Place the earbuds in the charging case to charge.
  3. Remove the earbuds and wait 20 seconds. (If this process does not resolve the issue, try again.)

Troubleshooting

If the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate your warranty and contact us to send a new product.
