Before Use

1. Battery Indicator

The battery indicator shows:

The power of the charging case.
The earbuds are charging.

2. Choose the right angle and eartips.

Connection

Pairing

Open the charging case cover for pairing. Close the cover for charging.
On your phone, turn on Bluetooth. Click "BX17" to pair.

Operation

Basic Controls

Answer/Hang up Call: Click once [Call Icon]
Play/Pause Music: Click once [Play/Pause Icon]
Power On/Off: Press and hold for 2 seconds [Power Icon]
Reject Call: Press and hold for 2 seconds [Reject Call Icon]
Voice Assistant: Click twice [Voice Assistant Icon]
Adjust Volume: Press and hold '+' or '-' [Volume Up/Down Icons]
Switch Song: Press and hold '+' or '-' for 2 seconds [Next/Previous Song Icons]

Problem Handling

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following:

Cannot connect but no sound: Increase the earbud volume by clicking the volume key.
One earbud not charging: Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case.
One earbud not connecting: Reset the earbuds.

Resetting the Earbuds:

Delete the Bluetooth pairing information for "BX17" from your phone's settings.
Place both earbuds into the charging case to charge.
Take the earbuds out and wait for approximately 20 seconds for them to reset.

If the reset operation does not resolve the issue, please try again. If earbuds cannot be charged, please activate the warranty and contact customer support for a replacement.
