Note: Do not remove the SIM/microSD card while the device is in use, as this may affect performance and cause data loss. The microSD card is optional; purchase separately if not included.
Charging the Battery
The device has a built-in, non-removable battery. Do not attempt to remove it, as this may damage the device. Contact an authorized service center for battery replacement.
If the device has been unused for a long time or the battery is depleted, charge it for a while before powering on.
Method 1: Use the charger to charge the device
Use only chargers compatible with the Mobile WiFi and provided by a designated manufacturer. Using incompatible chargers may cause malfunction, failure, or fire, and will void warranties.
Note: The charger is an optional accessory. If not included, contact an authorized dealer. The charger model is HW-050200XYW (X and Y vary by region).

Verifying the PIN
If network parameters are correct but you cannot access the internet after powering on, PIN verification may be enabled. Log in to the web management page and enter the PIN when prompted. To avoid entering the PIN each time, disable PIN verification via the web management page. The PIN/PUK is provided with your SIM card; contact your service provider for details.
Connecting to the Internet
Using an LTE, 3G, or 2G Network
The Mobile WiFi's management parameters are preset according to your operator's requirements. The device automatically connects to the internet when data is transmitted and disconnects after a period of inactivity.
Note: You can enable or disable automatic dialing while roaming via the web management page. If disabled, the device will disconnect from roaming networks and require manual reconnection.
Using Ethernet (WAN)
- Use a network cable to connect the Mobile WiFi to the router.
- Ensure the [signal-bars] indicator is displayed and the [no-signal] indicator is not.
- Log in to the Mobile WiFi's web management page and configure Ethernet connection parameters:
- Dynamic IP: No configuration needed.
- PPPoE: Enter username and password for dial-up connection.
- Static IP: Select static IP mode and enter IP address, default gateway, DNS server address, etc.
Note: For detailed information on user name, password, IP address, and other settings, contact your operator.
Using a Wi-Fi Network
- Ensure the Wi-Fi extender function is enabled.
- The Mobile WiFi automatically connects to a Wi-Fi hotspot set by your service provider or yourself. When connected, the [wifi-symbol] icon and the Wi-Fi hotspot SSID will be displayed.
Note: After connecting to a Wi-Fi network, the Mobile WiFi will automatically reconnect when it is back within range. For details on adding Wi-Fi hotspots, see "Adding a Wi-Fi Hotspot."
