6 Steps To Whiter Teeth

Follow these steps for effective teeth whitening.

STEP 1: Mouth Trays

Place the trays individually, one at a time in very hot water (not boiling) for 5-10 seconds until they wilt.

STEP 2: Moulding The Trays

Press the trays firmly against your teeth and suck the air out to mould the trays around your teeth. Repeat for the 2nd tray.

STEP 3: The Fitting

Once you are happy with the fitting of the trays, trim the handles with scissors.

STEP 4: Apply The Gel

Add a small line of gel along each tray. Approximately 0.2 - 0.4ml of whitening gel.

STEP 5: Session Time

Brush & floss your teeth before each session. Insert trays, upper then lower. Check your teeth shade before you begin your session.

STEP 6: The Whitening Light

Remove the plastic film inside the battery cap, put the batteries in the correct way, turn on the light. You are now ready for your teeth whitening session.

Recommended Usage

Teeth whitening session time: 20-30 minutes (depending on your sensitivity level).

A 5-day course (e.g., Mon - Fri) is recommended with 2 days rest (Weekend). TIP: Check your teeth shade before your first session and again after the fifth. If required, you can repeat this process for an additional 5 days (maximum 2 weeks). This kit can be used once every six months.
