Site Selection
WARNING: Pools installed on inadequately level surfaces are subject to leaking, forming irregularities, or collapse, which can result in property damage or serious injury!
WARNING: Do not use sand during setup. Failure to obey this warning may result in serious personal injury.
CAUTION: Please choose your set-up area carefully, as lawn and other vegetation underneath the ground cloth will die.
CAUTION: The pool must be accessible to a 110 or 230-volt AC outlet protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). The pool should be set no closer than 2m to the power source, but no further than the length of the filter pump cord. Under no circumstances should an extension cord be used.
It is essential to select a suitable site BEFORE filling the pool with water. Please select a set-up site which strictly conforms to the following guidelines:
- Guide 1. Ensure the area is firm, flat (no bumps or mounds) and extremely level, with a grade not exceeding 3" of slope.
- Guide 2. Make sure the area is completely free of sticks, stones, sharp objects, or other debris.
- Guide 3. Select an area not directly underneath overhead power lines or trees, and ensure no underground utility pipes, lines, or cables are present.
- Guide 4. If a ground cloth is provided, its use is highly recommended to protect the pool liner.
- Guide 5. If possible, choose an open location exposed to direct sunlight to help warm the pool.
Incorrect site examples: Low ground, bumpy ground, sloped ground. Correct site example: Flat, horizontal ground.
Set Up the Pool
IMPORTANT: Do not start assembly if any pieces are missing. Call Consumer Service for replacement parts.
Number of persons required for installation: 2 adults minimum.
Total installation time (excluding site preparation and water filling): 30 minutes for 10' x 6.8' x 25.6'' size.
- Account for all parts. Remove all parts from cartons and place them on the ground. Check each part against the "PART REFERENCE".
- Install Drain Valves Cover and Stopper. Ensure the outer drain plug is inserted into the outer drain cap and the drain valve cover is screwed on tightly. Plug the connection holes with the stoppers.
- Install Horizontal Beam. Follow the diagrams for the long and short sides of the pool. For the 10' x 6.8' x 25.6" pool, the combination is B-T1-B-T1-A for the long side and D-T1-C for the short side.
- Install L-Joint. Use the connection end of the L-JOINT to connect adjacent horizontal tubes and the vertical leg. Install the screws firmly.
- Install the foot pad. Install the vertical leg cap onto the leg.
- Install the tilted leg into the T-JOINT. Install the tilted leg into the T-JOINT (TOP AND DOWN).
- Attach the bottom belt to the T-JOINT. Install the T-JOINT and the bottom tension strap of the pool under the tilted leg. Flatten the tension strap.
Fill the Pool with Water
WARNING: Do not leave pool unattended while filling.
WARNING: If more than 1-2 inches of water collects on any one side before you start filling in the center, the pool is not level enough and must be corrected. Drain the pool completely, relocate on a level surface, and repeat setup instructions.
WARNING: DO NOT OVERFILL as this could cause the pool to collapse. In times of heavy rainfall, you may need to drain some water.
- Ensure the drain fitting is plugged securely and the cap is in place. Start filling the pool. After about 1 inch of water is on the bottom, stop filling and smooth wrinkles out of the bottom. Pull the outer wall out from under the top ring, all around the bottom, so it fills evenly.
- Continue filling the pool until the water level reaches the desired point (typically 90% of capacity).
Winterising and Long-Term Storage
WARNING: Do not let children stand at the downfold and face the water outlet during drainage. The water current may sweep them.
WARNING: Pool should be stored in a cool, dry place, with no sharp objects around or heavy objects lying above.
- If you have a filter pump, disconnect the electricity source.
- Ensure the out drain plug is firmly inserted on the inside of the pool.
- Attach your garden hose to the drainage valve connector and place the other end of the hose where water can drain safely. Ensure the end of the hose is lower than the pool for complete drainage.
- If you have a filter pump, insert stoppers into the inlet and outlet fixtures inside the pool, then disconnect the filter pump hoses.
- Attach the drainage valve connector to the drain outlet by turning clockwise.
- Open the out drain plug and water will begin to drain.
- Disconnect the hose and drainage valve connector when finished.
- Replace the out drain plug.
- Be sure the pool liner is completely dry before folding. Drying in sunlight can help.
- Fold the pool carefully and wrap it in a ground cloth or protective tarp. Store the pool and accessories indoors in a warm, dry, and weatherproof location.
Folding Instructions:
- Dry all parts and the pool completely. Spread talcum powder to prevent vinyl from sticking.
- Fold the protrusion sides inside to gain a rectangle shape.
- Fold each half of the rectangle to gain a smaller rectangle shape.
- Fold each end backwards.
- Fold the remaining ends together to create an ultimate rectangle.
TIPS:
- Remove air inside to make the folded pool thin and flat during each folding.
- The original packing can be used for storage.
In-Season Pool Maintenance and Water Care
WARNING: The filter pump is designed to remove dirt, but consistent chemical treatment is essential for clear, safe water. Consult a local pool supply retailer for guidance on chemical use.
WARNING: Never add chemicals to the pool while it is occupied. Never add chemicals without verifying the exact quantity or type.
WARNING: It is highly recommended to frequently test pool water for optimal pH and chlorine concentration. Consult your pool supply retailer for a suitable test kit.
WARNING: Non-respect of maintenance rules may result in serious health hazards, especially for children.
This product is a storable, seasonal pool. For year-round use, drain, clean, and dry the pool thoroughly, and store it in a protected area.
To keep your pool water clean and hygienic:
- Proper and consistent use of basic pool chemicals is required to maintain pH balance and prevent bacterial/algae growth. Chemicals may include:
- Chlorine (tabular, granular, or liquid) for disinfection.
- pH Adjusting Chemicals to correct pH levels.
- Algaecides to remove algae.
- "Shock" (Super chlorinator) to eliminate compounds affecting water clarity.
- Never let chlorine come into direct contact with the pool liner until it has completely dissolved. Dissolve granular or tabular chlorine in water before adding. Pour liquid chlorine slowly and evenly around the pool perimeter.
- DANGER: NEVER add water to chemicals. ALWAYS add chemicals to water. Never mix separate chemicals; add them to the pool separately and allow circulation before adding others.
- Purchase a test kit and frequently test your pool water for optimal pH and chlorine levels. Excessive chlorine or low pH can damage the pool liner.
- Use a maintenance kit (leaf skimmer, vacuum) to simplify debris removal and cleaning.
- Check your filter pump cartridge every two weeks (or more frequently) for cleaning or replacement. Clean with a strong water blast; replace if cleaning is ineffective.
- Keep your pool covered at all times when not in use to prevent dirt, debris, and excess rainwater.
- Rinse off dirt and tanning oil before entering the pool.
- Monitor pool bolts and hardware for rust.
- If the pool becomes overfilled due to rainwater, drain or bale out excess water as soon as possible.
Trouble Shooting

- Locate the leak.
- Deflate the pool.
- Clean and dry the area around the leak.
- Cut a patch larger than the leaking area.

Repair Glue Instructions (for larger damage):
- Locate the leak.
- Deflate and drain thoroughly.
- Clean and dry the area around the leak.
- Cut a round repair material piece larger than the damaged area.
- Apply glue evenly to one side of the patch and the repair area.
- Place the patch on the damaged area and press lightly. Wait 12 hours for drying. Apply glue around the edges for a complete seal (dry for 4 hours).
