Product Overview
The charging mat features a main desktop mat with a detachable wireless charging pad that can be placed on either the left or right side.
Operation
Connect to a power source
Use the supplied USB-C cable to connect the product to a power source. The LED indicator will light up white.
Charging smart phone and/or earbuds
Ensure the wireless charging pad is connected to a power source. Place your smartphone face up on the smartphone charging pad and your earbuds on the earbuds charging pad. The LED indicator will light up green when charging. Note: Your smartphone and earbuds must support wireless charging.
Detaching charging pad or changing sides
The wireless desktop charging mat can be aligned left or right. To change the side of the wireless charging pad, detach it, rotate the desktop mat 180°, and then reconnect the charging pad.
Troubleshooting
Cannot charge smart phone
- Verify your smartphone supports wireless charging.
- Remove any smartphone case, especially if it contains metal.
- Ensure the smartphone is placed face up, centered on the charging pad.
- Check for and remove any metal objects or other interference between the smartphone and the charging pad. If interference occurs, the LED will flash green, indicating protection mode.
Cannot charge Earbuds case
- Verify your earbuds case supports wireless charging.
- Ensure the earbuds case is placed face up, centered on the charging pad.
- Check for and remove any metal objects or other interference between the case and the charging pad. If interference occurs, the LED will flash green, indicating protection mode.
LED indicator light does not light up
- Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to the product's USB-C port.
- Check that the power source is switched on.
- Verify the power supply voltage is within the correct range.
