This document provides the user manual and technical specifications for VOLTCRAFT USB GaN chargers.
Intended Use
This product is a USB GaN charger designed exclusively for indoor use. Avoid exposure to moisture. Using the product for purposes other than those specified may result in damage. Improper use can lead to short circuits, fire, electric shock, or other hazards. The product complies with legal, national, and European requirements. Do not modify or alter the product for safety and approval reasons.

Symbol Key
- ⚠️ [Warning Symbol]: Indicates hazards that can lead to injury.
- ⚡ [High Voltage Symbol]: Warns of dangerous voltage that can cause injury from electric shock.
- ? [Indoor Use Only]: The product is intended for use in dry, closed indoor environments only. It must not get wet.
- ?️ [Protection Class II]: The product complies with Protection Class II (reinforced or double insulation / protective insulation).
Safety Instructions
Read the user manual carefully and pay special attention to the safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in injury or property damage, and will void the warranty.
General Safety
- The product is not a toy. Keep it away from children and pets.
- Do not leave packaging material lying around; it can become a dangerous toy for children.
- If you have questions not covered in this document, contact technical support or qualified personnel.
- All maintenance, adjustment, and repair work must be performed exclusively by a specialist or authorized workshop.
Handling
- Handle the product with care. Impacts, blows, or drops from a low height can damage the product.
Operating Environment
- Do not subject the product to mechanical stress.
- Protect the product from extreme temperatures, strong impacts, flammable gases, vapors, and solvents.
- Protect the product from high humidity and moisture.
- Protect the product from direct sunlight.
- Never switch on the product immediately after moving it from a cold to a warm room. Condensation can destroy the product. Allow the product to reach room temperature before use.
Operation
- If you have doubts about operation, safety, or connection, consult a specialist.
- If safe operation is no longer possible, take the product out of service and protect it from unintended use. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Safe operation is compromised if the product: has visible damage, does not function properly, has been stored under unfavorable conditions for a long time, or has been subjected to significant transport stress.
Power Adapter
- Do not modify or repair power supply components, including plugs, cables, and adapters. Do not use damaged components. [Danger of electric shock!]
- Connect the product to an easily accessible power outlet.
- Use only a standard household power outlet connected to the public supply network as the power source for the adapter. Verify that the voltage ratings on the adapter match your household voltage before connecting.
- Do not connect or disconnect the adapter with wet hands.
- Never pull the cable to disconnect the adapter from the outlet; always use the designated grip surfaces on the plug.
- For safety reasons, always disconnect the adapter from the power supply during thunderstorms.
- If the adapter is damaged, do not touch it, as this can lead to a fatal electric shock! Proceed as follows: First, switch off the mains voltage to the outlet (switch off the corresponding circuit breaker or unscrew the fuse, then switch off the RCD so that the socket is disconnected from the mains voltage on all poles). Unplug the adapter from the outlet. Use a new adapter of the same type. Do not continue to use the damaged adapter.

- Also observe the safety instructions and user manuals of other devices to which the product is connected.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Important: Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol, or other chemical solvents, as they can damage the housing and cause malfunctions. Do not immerse the product in water.
- Disconnect the product from the power supply.
- Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
All electrical and electronic equipment placed on the European market must be marked with this symbol. This symbol indicates that the device must be disposed of separately from unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life. Owners of old equipment are obliged to bring old equipment to a collection separate from unsorted municipal waste. End-users are obliged to separate old batteries and rechargeable batteries not enclosed by the old equipment, as well as lamps that can be removed from the old equipment without damage, from the old equipment before handing them over to a collection point. Retailers of electrical and electronic equipment are legally obliged to take back old equipment free of charge. Conrad offers the following free return options (more information on our website):
- In Conrad stores
- At collection points established by Conrad
- At collection points of public waste disposal authorities or at return systems set up by manufacturers and retailers in accordance with the ElektroG.
The end-user is responsible for deleting personal data on the equipment to be disposed of. Note that in countries outside Germany, different obligations for the return and recycling of old equipment may apply.
