Recipes
Recipe: Morning Doughnut
Use the mixer accessory (5).
Ingredients: 4 eggs - 220g powdered sugar - 150g margarine - 100g flour - 100g potato starch - baking powder for desserts.
Add all ingredients to the container and turn on the mixer. When finished, remove the container and place the preparation in a pan. Then place the pan in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 60 minutes.
Recipe: Basic Pizza Dough
Use the dough hook accessory (8).
Ingredients for 500g dough: 300g flour - 25g yeast - 1 pinch of salt - 1 cup of lukewarm water.
Place the flour in the container, make a well in the center, and add a pinch of salt. Crumble the yeast in a cup of lukewarm water and gradually add it to the center of the flour well. Start the mixer at a low speed. Initially, the mixture will be soft and sticky, then it will become firmer and more elastic, forming a ball. Remove the dough from the container, make a cross-shaped cut on the top, and let it rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth. Let it rest for about 2 hours, or until the dough doubles in volume (this time may vary depending on ambient conditions). After rising, the dough can be kneaded again for a few minutes and used immediately, or frozen. If freezing, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer. To use, thaw at room temperature and knead for 5 minutes with a little olive oil.
Recipe: Tart Dough
Use the mixer accessory (5).
Ingredients: 300g flour - 150g butter at room temperature - 150g sugar - 2 eggs - grated lemon zest - 1 pinch of salt - 1 teaspoon baking powder for desserts.
Add all ingredients to the mixer and turn it on. When finished, remove the dough, form a ball, wrap it in parchment paper, and let it rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. The dough is ready to be rolled out and filled with your favorite filling.
