1. Product Features
- Use of high efficiency and energy saving DC compressor and conversion module, with high reliability, long service life, and fast refrigeration that can be used for refrigeration and deep freezing.
- Use of non-fluorine environmental insulation layer with good insulation performance and low energy consumption.
- Outer box surrounded by high-quality engineering plastics, with beautiful and generous appearance.
- Home car dual-use. Work in the use of 12/24V DC car power or 220V AC home power with the power adapter.
- Temperature control range is -26 °C to 10 °C. (Refrigerators can get to minus 26 degrees when the ambient temperature is below 25 degrees. Refrigerators can get to minus 22 degrees when the ambient temperature is above 25 degrees.)
2. Use Attention
- Warning: Do not touch the damaged power line directly with your hands. It is dangerous!
- Warning: Do not touch the power plug of the refrigerator when your hands are wet or your feet are in contact with water. This is dangerous.
- When the product is used in cars and ships, it must be ensured that the power supply has fuses and ground protection devices.
- Well ventilated: Keep good ventilation around the refrigerator to facilitate heat dissipation. There needs to be some space around the fridge, with the back ≥ 200mm, and the side ≥ 100mm.
- Avoid heat sources: Refrigerator should be placed in a well-ventilated place, away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight as far as possible.
- Place stably: The floor or car surface on which the refrigerator will be placed must be flat and firm. When the refrigerator is placed in the car, pull belts should be pulled into box body fixed position to fix the refrigerator firmly.
- The installation of 12V/24V DC power supply on board must be operated by a professional electrician.
- When charging batteries, it is necessary to ensure that refrigerator have been disconnected from power supply.
- Ensure that the product is connected to the correct voltage at all times. The parameters at the bottom of the product are labeled with approved voltage parameters.
- Do not use electrical products inside the refrigerator.
- Avoid moisture: The refrigerator should avoid excessive moisture to reduce the chance of metal parts rusting. Rinsing it with water will cause poor insulation, lead to leakage or out of order.
3. Function Description And Operation Method
Control Panel:
LCD display | Increase | Set | Decrease | Power ON/OFF
- ON/OFF: Long press the [Set] button for 3 seconds, the refrigerator gets into startup/standby mode. Note: Shut down and start up again, the compressor has a 3-minute delay protection.
- Temperature control: Press [Increase] or [Decrease] to adjust the setting temperature, that it changes and memorizes accordingly. Stop operation, the panel will flash for 5 seconds and display the temperature inside the refrigerator.
- Short press [Set] button, it flashes °C. Loop click [Set] button, it flashes °C, °F, V-, V--, V- circularly in turn, and enters the temperature unit and compressor speed setting state. After the corresponding parameter flashing stops, the refrigerator saves the parameter settings.
Parameter Function:
- °C: Celsius degree; °F: Fahrenheit degree;
- ECO: Energy saving mode (compressor speed 3000R/min)
- MAX: Fast cooling mode (compressor speed 2000R/min)
- V-: Battery voltage protection-Low
- V--: Battery voltage protection-Mid
- V---: Battery voltage protection-High
Battery voltage protection | 12V cut out | 12V cut in | 24V cut out | 24V cut in |
---|---|---|---|---|
V--- | 11.7±0.3V | 12.7±0.3V | 24.6±0.3V | 26.0±0.3V |
V-- | 10.7±0.3V | 11.7±0.3V | 22.6±0.3V | 24.0±0.3V |
V- | 10.2±0.3V | 11.2±0.3V | 21.6±0.3V | 23.0±0.3V |
Note: The voltage level is testing the voltage value of input terminal of the compressor not the output terminal of the car battery.
- There are 3 minutes time delay to protect the compressor, which means after the refrigerator turned on, the compressor will not work at once, it will start to work after 3 minutes. And at this time, the cabinet temperature in the fridge > the setting temperature (+3°C), and turned on. When the cabinet temperature in the fridge = the setting temperature, compressor stop working.
- To protect the compressor, it will restart to work again after at least 3 minutes.
- Power memory function: After restart, the temperature set will be as same as the one you set before power off.
4. Simple Fault Analysis
The refrigerator does not work
- Check if the power supply is connected correctly (whether the plug is loose, whether the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly).
- Check if the ventilation and ventilation conditions are normal.
- Check if the fuse is blown.
- Check if the power switch on the control panel is turned on.
- Abnormal noise in the refrigerator
- The car refrigerator is not placed smoothly
- Hit the wall or other items
- Internal parts loose or fall off
- Condensation on the surface of the refrigerator
When the ambient air humidity is >75%, the surface of the cabinet may be slightly condensed. The higher the humidity, the greater the probability of occurrence, which is normal. - Refrigerator cooling is not good
- The food storage is too large, placed crowded, cold air flow is not smooth
- The door is not closed
- The door cover sealing strip is damaged or deformed, and the sealing property is deteriorated;
- Poor ventilation in the radiator of the car
- Put too much hot food
- Improper working mode of the refrigerator refrigerator
- Sunlight or near heat source
- Improper temperature setting
- Similar to the sound of running water in the refrigerator
This is the flow sound of the refrigerant, which is normal. - There will be a loud sound when the compressor starts up
When the compressor starts, the sound will be slightly larger, and the sound will decrease after the speed is stable, which is normal.
Error Codes:
- LED display ER3 - Compressor abnormal start protection
- LED display ER4 - Rotational speed of compressor is abnormal
- LED display ER5 - The temperature of module is abnormal
- LED display ER9 - Temperature sensor open circuit
- LED display ER0 - Temperature sensor short circuit
- LED display ER1 - Input under-voltage protection, not enough voltage for module
- LED display ER2 - DC fan over-current protection
5. Cleaning And Maintenance
Cleaning method:
Clean the appliance inside and out with a clean damp cloth every two weeks. If it is dirty, wipe it with a neutral detergent and then wipe it dry with a damp cloth. If there is too much water, you can use the drainage pipe at the bottom of the tank to drain.
Maintenance of plastic parts:
To properly protect the seals, clean the plastic parts frequently and try to avoid heavy impact during use. If oil (Animal or vegetable oil) is attached to plastic parts for a long time, the plastic will easily deteriorate and crack, and smells bad.
Precautions:
It is forbidden to wash the refrigerator directly with water in order to avoid the decrease of electrical insulation and the rust of sheet metal. The following things will damage the coated surface, plastic parts, can not be used for cleaning: alkaline detergent, soap, grinding powder, hot water, brushes, Toluene water, gasoline, alcohol.
