Important Safety Precautions
Read these instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. If this product is passed on to a third party, these instructions must be included.
When using this product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of injury, including the following:
- Children should not play with the product.
- Always use on a firm, level surface.
- Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.
- Periodically examine the product for signs of wear. Stop using the product at the first sign of damage or if parts become detached.
- Do not use a mechanical air pump.
- Keep the product away from sharp objects such as rocks, small branches, thorns, and sharp surfaces.
- Keep pets or other animals away from the product.
- Keep the product away from flames, sparks, and chemicals, including sunscreen, chlorine, and insect repellent sprays.
- Do not use the product as a flotation device.
Product Description
The product is a sleeping pad with a built-in foot pump for inflation and a deflation valve.

Before First Use
A DANGER Suffocation Risk! Keep packaging materials out of reach of children and pets. These materials can be a source of danger, such as suffocation.
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Check the product for any damage that may have occurred during transport.
Usage
Inflating the Sleeping Pad
- Turn the sleeping pad over so that both air valves are facing upwards.
- Open the valve of the internal foot foam pump (Fig. 1).
- Place one foot on top of the internal foot foam pump valve and the internal foot foam pump itself (Fig. 2).
- Press straight down to push air into the sleeping pad. The sole of your foot should completely cover the valve opening as you press down.
- Slightly lift your foot off the valve and the internal foot foam pump to allow air to enter the pump as the foam expands.
- Continue to pump rapidly with your foot until the sleeping pad is inflated to your desired firmness (Fig. 2). Do not overinflate.
- Close the cover of the internal foot foam pump (Fig. 3).
Deflating the Sleeping Pad
- Turn the sleeping pad over so that both air valves are facing upwards.
- Open the deflation valve to let the air out (Fig. 4).
- Open the valve of the internal foot foam pump. Compress the foam to expel excess air. Close the pump valve to keep the foam compressed.
- Starting from the internal foot foam pump, roll the sleeping pad towards the deflation valve. As you roll, use your hand to push the air out of the sleeping pad.
- Once the air is expelled, unroll the sleeping pad, then fold it for storage.
Cleaning, Storage, and Maintenance
Cleaning
- Inflate the product before cleaning and ensure all valves are sealed. Spot clean with a damp cloth to remove stains or residue as needed.
- Do not store the product while it is wet.
- Do not wash the product in a washing machine.
- To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- Never use corrosive cleaners, wire brushes, scouring pads, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Storage
- Store the product in the storage bag when not in use.
Folding for Storage
- Deflate the sleeping pad.
- Fold the internal foot foam pump, then fold the sleeping pad in thirds lengthwise (Fig. 5).
- Roll the sleeping pad starting from the internal foot foam pump towards the deflation valve (Fig. 6).
- Place the sleeping pad into the storage bag.
Maintenance
- Store the product in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and pets, preferably in its original packaging.
