Installation Software Download
The installation software can be downloaded from the JANOME global site.
Effective from ver. 2.10, the online installation is available. (DVD is not included in the package.)

It will be necessary to enter a 12-digit serial number for your first-time installation. (*Serial number is included in the package.)
Compatible with SQ10b hoop
AcuStitch ver. 2.30 is compatible with Janome's new SQ10b hoop. This hoop is an optional hoop exclusively for Memory Craft 550E, 500E, 450E and 400E, including “Limited Edition” models. It is ideal for common / daily use designs such as petite emblems up to 100 x 100 mm. (Machine update is also necessary.)

New eco-friendly paper packaging
DVD case will be replaced with new paper packaging. The part number will also be changed.
