Read these instructions carefully before starting installation. Remove all contents from the box and verify all parts are present. • 16x 8mm x 24mm x 2mm Flat Washers
• 16x 8-1.25mm x 30mm Hex Bolts
• 16x 8-1.25mm x 25mm Combination Bolts

Top View

This view illustrates the overall layout of the Tyger Kobra running boards for both the driver and passenger sides. It shows the placement of the main running board tubes and the mounting brackets, labeled [A], [B], [C], and [D]. The labels 'D' and 'P' on the side of the tubes indicate the Driver and Passenger sides, respectively.

Driver Side (D): Shows the driver's side running board with front bracket [A] and three center/rear brackets [B].

Passenger Side (P): Shows the passenger's side running board with front bracket [C] and three center/rear brackets [D].

Bottom View

This view provides a closer look at how the mounting brackets attach to the vehicle frame from underneath. It details the specific locations for brackets [A], [B], [C], and [D] on both the driver and passenger sides.

Driver Side (D): Illustrates the attachment points for bracket [A] and brackets [B] on the driver's side frame.

Passenger Side (P): Illustrates the attachment points for bracket [C] and brackets [D] on the passenger's side frame.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Mounting Brackets (Passenger Side)

Follow figures 1 through 12 to attach the brackets to the Passenger/Right Side. Ensure all hardware is hand-tightened at this point.

Passenger-side Front Mounting Area:

• Figure 1: Attach Passenger/Right Front Bracket [C] to the vehicle's front threaded inserts.
• Figure 2: Shows the Passenger/Right Front Bracket [C] being attached using two 8x30mm Hex Bolts, two 8mm Lock Washers, and two 8mm Flat Washers.
• Figure 3: Depicts the Passenger/Right Front Bracket [C] successfully attached.

Passenger-side 1st Center Mounting Area:

• Figure 4: Attach Passenger/Right Center/Rear Bracket [D] to the 1st center threaded inserts on the vehicle frame.

Passenger-side 2nd Center Mounting Area:

• Figure 7: Attach Passenger/Right Center/Rear Bracket [D] to the 2nd center threaded inserts.
• Figure 8: Shows the Passenger/Right Center/Rear Bracket [D] being attached using two 8x30mm Hex Bolts, two 8mm Lock Washers, and two 8mm Flat Washers to the 2nd center mounting location.
• Figure 9: Depicts the Passenger/Right Center/Rear Bracket [D] successfully attached at the 2nd center mounting location.

Passenger-side Rear Mounting Area:

• Figure 10: Attach Passenger/Right Center/Rear Bracket [D] to rear threaded inserts.
• Figure 11: Shows the Passenger/Right Center/Rear Bracket [D] being attached using two 8x30mm Hex Bolts, two 8mm Lock Washers, and two 8mm Flat Washers to the rear mounting location.
• Figure 12: Depicts the Passenger/Right Center/Rear Bracket [D] successfully attached at the rear mounting location.

Step 2: Mounting Running Board (Passenger Side)

Follow figures 13 and 14 to install the Kobra Drop Step on the Passenger/Right Mounting Brackets. Ensure all hardware is hand-tightened at this point.

• Figure 13: Attach the Passenger/Right Drop Step to the previously mounted brackets using two 8mm x 25mm Combo Bolts.
• Figure 14: Shows the Passenger/Right Drop Step successfully attached to the brackets.

Step 3: Driver Side Installation

Repeat STEPS 1 and 2 for the driver side installation. Use the Driver/Left Front Mounting Bracket [A] instead of the Passenger/Right Front Mounting Bracket [C]. Use the Driver/Left Center/Rear Mounting Brackets [B] instead of the Passenger/Right Center/Rear Mounting Brackets [D].

Step 4: Final Tightening

Ensure the Tyger Kobra Drop Step is level and straightened. Then, tighten all fasteners securely. Installation is now complete. Perform periodic inspections of the installation to ensure all hardware remains secure and tight.
