Product Components
The watch features a pressure relief hole, magnetic charging contacts, a physical button, a heart rate sensor, a microphone, and a speaker.
2. Physical Button Operation
Short Press
- To return to the previous screen.
- To wake the screen when it is off.
Long Press
- To turn on the watch.
- Press and hold for 5 seconds while charging to reset apps (data will not be cleared).
3. Turning On/Off
Turning On
When the watch is off, it automatically turns on when placed on charge. For first-time use, charge the watch to activate it. Use the original power adapter for charging. Alternatively, long-press the physical button to turn on the watch.
Turning Off
To turn off the watch, navigate to Settings -> Power Off menu.
4. App Downloads and Pairing
App Downloads
Download and install the "VeryFit" app from the App Store, Google Play, or by scanning the provided QR code.
Pairing
- Turn on the VeryFit app.
- Activate Bluetooth connection on your phone.
- Search for the device to pair with in the app (or scan the QR code on the device).
- Complete the binding process on the app or the device.
5. Screen Operation
Swipe Gestures
- Swipe up/down: To toggle through menus or view long text/details.
- Swipe left/right: To toggle through menus.
Tap Gestures
- Tap the screen: To enter a menu or operate according to prompts.
- Tap and hold on the screen: To switch between watch faces.

7. Care and Maintenance
Three suggestions for use and maintenance:
- Keep the product clean.
- Keep the product dry.
- Do not wear the product too tight.
Use soap-free cleansers instead of household cleaners. For stubborn stains, alcohol wipes are recommended. The watch is suitable for swimming pools, showers (cold water), and shallows, but not for diving, sea swimming, or saunas.
