Physical Button Operation

• Short press: 1. To return to the previous screen. 2. To wake the screen when it is off.
• Long press: 1. To turn on the watch. 2. Press and hold for 5 seconds while charging to reset apps (data will not be cleared).

2. Getting Started

Turning On/Off

Turning On: The watch automatically turns on when placed on charge while it is off. For first-time use, charge the watch to activate it. Use the original power adapter. Alternatively, long press the physical button ? to turn on the watch.

Turning Off: Navigate to Settings -> Turning Off menu.

App Downloads and Pairing

1. Download the App: Download and install the "VeryFit" app from the App Store, Google Play, or by scanning the QR code (QR code excluded from output).

2. Pairing: Open the VeryFit app. Enable Bluetooth on your phone. Search for the device in the app (or scan the device's QR code) and complete the pairing process.

Screen Operation

• Swipe Up/Down: Toggle through menus or view long text/details.
• Swipe Left/Right: Toggle through menus.
• Tap Screen: Enter menus or operate according to prompts.
• Tap and Hold Screen: Switch between watch faces.

3. Features

The SKG V7 Pro (model ID208 BT) offers IP68 water resistance, extended battery life, full-screen touch control, low latency, 60 workout modes, and multiple cloud watch faces. It supports continuous heart rate monitoring, stress detection, blood oxygen monitoring, and sleep tracking. 4. Care and Maintenance

Follow these three suggestions for optimal use and maintenance:

• Keep the product clean.
• Keep the product dry.
• Do not wear the product too tightly.

Cleaning: Avoid household cleansers; use soap-free alternatives. For stubborn stains, gently clean with alcohol.

Water Resistance: The watch is suitable for swimming pools, showers (cold water), and shallow water. It is not recommended for diving, swimming in the sea, or use in saunas.

5. Safety Instructions

• Temperature: Do not expose the product and accessories to extreme temperatures to prevent failure, fire, or explosion. ⚠️
• Impacts: Protect the product from strong impacts or jolts to avoid damage and ensure proper function.

This device complies with FCC Rules Part 15. Operation is subject to conditions that prevent harmful interference. Changes not expressly approved may void the user's authority to operate the equipment. It has been tested and found to comply with limits for a Class B digital device. The device can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction. Use only supplied or approved antennas.

For RF specifications, the operating frequency is 2402-2480MHz with a maximum RF output power of -0.65dBm (limit 10dBm).

Old electrical appliances should not be disposed of with residual waste; they must be disposed of separately at communal collecting points. This helps recycle valuable raw materials and treat toxic substances.
