Grounding Instructions:
This product must be grounded. Grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electric shock in case of malfunction or breakdown. The product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be inserted into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether this product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product; if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug as illustrated in sketch (A). A temporary adapter (B, C) may be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle (B) if a properly grounded plug is not available, until a properly grounded outlet (A) can be installed by a qualified electrician. The green-colored, rigid ear tab or similar extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground, such as a properly grounded outlet box cover. The adapter must be held in place by a metal screw.
For all grounded cord-connected products:
Grounding methods:

Get Ready
Setting up your Human Touch Massage Chair is easy. Attach the seat cushion, backrest pad, and head pillow, and you're done!
Unpack the box
Components include: Chair Base, Backrest Pad, Seat Cushion, Head Pillow.
- Unfold the chair: Remove all packaging materials. Pull up on the backrest to unfold the chair to an upright position. The backrest locks into place automatically.
- Attach the seat cushion: Align and press the seat cushion firmly into place.
- Attach the backrest pad: Zip the top of the backrest pad to the top of the backrest, then zip the bottom of the backrest to the seat cushion.
- Attach the head pillow: Thread the head pillow flap through the strap on the back of the headrest, then secure it to the backrest using the hook and loop fasteners.
When enjoying a massage, flip the head pillow over the backrest to increase neck and shoulder massage intensity.
Take a Seat
Using your Human Touch massage chair is easy. Just take a seat and recline to the desired position. The chair helps you feel better with a variety of massage techniques you control, offering a perfect way to relax and refresh.
- Power on: Plug the power cord into a grounded power source. Turn the master power switch (on the back of the chair) to ON.
- Recline the backrest and raise the legrest: Use the 'back' and 'legs' buttons on the remote to position the chair for maximum comfort.
For a Foot or Calf Massage
- Deploy the foot and calf massager: Pull the footrest rotation release handle (located on the right-hand side of the footrest) toward you. For a calf massage, rotate the footrest away from the chair until it clicks into position with the foot and calf massager facing up. Do not force the rotation past the click. For a foot massage, rotate the footrest away from the chair just until the massager faces up; do not let it click, allowing it to move freely.
- Insert your feet or calves.
Do not inhibit the backrest or footrest from power reclining or inclining. Do not attempt to manually recline or incline them, as this will permanently damage the chair. Do not stand or sit on the foot and calf massager.

Choose your massage technique to customize your experience for targeted muscle benefits. Select from three stationary massage techniques and a glide massage, or combine them. Use the 'Range' button to adjust vertical massage range, and 'Position' and 'Partial Glide' features to target specific areas. - Auto (Full/Upper/Lower): Three automatic immersion programs (15 minutes each) that use various massage modes. Corresponding LEDs indicate the current mode.
- Range: Customizes your vertical massage range.
- Width: Adjusts the massage width. Works with Flex and Glide modes.
- Targeted Benefits: Toggles between three stationary massage modes (Stretch, Flex, Tone) for unique muscle benefits. Use with Glide for partial or full-back massage.
- Position: Used with stationary modes to position the massage on your back. Can be pressed before or after selecting a mode.
- Back Recline: Press and hold to recline/incline the backrest.
- Footrest Deploy: Controls the footrest angle for comfort and massage.

When not in use, store the remote in the convenient pocket on the left side of the seat cushion.
