⚠️ Warning

  • Always keep this product dry. Do not use in rain or in damp conditions.
  • Do not disassemble. For repairs, send the product to an authorized maintenance center.

  • This product is not waterproof. Take measures to protect it from water in rainy or damp environments.
  • Do not use the product near flammable gases, chemicals, or other similar materials.
  • Do not disassemble, impact, squeeze, or put the product into fire, as it contains a built-in lithium battery. If serious bulging occurs, discontinue use. Do not use or store the product if the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C.
  • Charge the product with a specialized charger and operate it within the defined voltage and working temperature range as per the instruction manual.

Body Description

The SL Series LED Video Lights feature a robust design for professional use. Key components include:

Main Components:

  • Handle: For carrying and positioning the light.
  • Thermovent 1 & 2: Ventilation openings for heat dissipation.
  • Bracket Screw: Secures the light to a stand or mount.
  • Umbrella Input: Socket for mounting photographic umbrellas.
  • Air Inlet: Ventilation opening.
  • LCD Display: Shows settings like brightness, color temperature, group, and channel.
  • LED: The light source.
  • FX Select Dial: Used to select special effect modes.
  • FX Button: Press to enter or exit special effects modes.
  • GR Button: Press to select group settings.
  • DIM Select Dial: Used to adjust brightness.
  • Fan Button: Controls the cooling fan.
  • CH Button: Press to select channel settings.
  • Power Switch: Turns the unit on/off.
  • Power Input Socket & Fuse Holder: Connects to AC power and houses the fuse.
  • Accessory Locking Ring: Secures accessories to the mount.
  • Bowens Mount: Standard mount for attaching light modifiers.
  • Protect Cover: Protects the LED light source.
  • U-type Bracket: Allows for tilting and mounting the light.

The LCD panel displays critical information such as Group (GR), Channel (CH), Special Effect (FX), Power/Light Brightness (%), and Color Temperature (K).

Operation

Power Connection

Connect the LED light to an AC power source using the provided power cord and turn on the power switch.

Setting Modes:

1.1 LED Silent Mode:

In this mode, the fan and special effects are turned off, ensuring silent operation without noise or interference.

1.2 LED Special Effects Modes:

Short press the FX button to enter or exit special effects. The FX icon will appear on the LCD. Use the FX select dial to choose from 8 special effects modes (e.g., Flash1, Flash2, Flash3, Storm1, Storm2, Storm3, TV, Broken bulb) for creative shooting.

1.3 LED Strong Power Mode:

Turn on the fan to enter LED strong power mode, which allows the power output to reach its maximum value.

Light Brightness Adjustment:

In LED mode, adjust the light brightness from 0% to 100% by turning the DIM select dial. The LCD panel will display the set brightness level.

Group (GR), Channel (CH), and ID Setting:

  • GR Setting: Short press the GR button to cycle through groups A, B, C, D, E, F, and 0-9.
  • CH Setting: Short press the CH button to select a channel from 1 to 32.
  • ID Setting: Long press both the GR and CH buttons simultaneously to enter the ID setting interface. Use the DIM select dial to choose an ID from OF (off) or 01-99.

Wireless Control

The SL Series SL150II/SL200II features a 2.4G wireless system for remote control. Up to multiple groups of LED lights can be controlled simultaneously. It supports 32 channels and 100 wireless IDs for strong anti-interference capability. Ensure the channels, groups, and IDs on the LED light and the RC-A6 remote control are set to be consistent before use.

Adjusting Channel/Group with the Remote Control:

  • Press the CH/GR button; the group icon will blink. Use the "-" or "+" buttons to select a group (A-F, 0-9).
  • Press the CH/GR button twice; the channel icon will blink. Use the "-" or "+" buttons to select a channel (1-32).

Adjusting ID with the Remote Control:

Double-click the CH/GR button and use the "-" or "+" buttons to select an ID (OFF or 01-99).

Adjusting Light Brightness with the Remote Control:

Press the "-" or "+" buttons to adjust the light brightness.

Adjusting Color Temperature with the Remote Control:

Note: The color temperature of this LED light is not adjustable. The SET button on the remote control is used for other functions or potentially for future models.

Remote Control Reset:

Simultaneously press and hold the "-" and "+" buttons to reset the remote control.

Note: Wireless signals are received only when the LED light is powered on. Remote control is sold separately.

Setting Color Temperature Range (for Remote Control):

The factory setting for the remote control's color temperature range is 2500-10000K. To conveniently use the remote control, color temperature range settings can be adjusted. With the remote control off, hold down the SET button and turn it on to enter the color temperature adjustment interface. Press CH/GR to switch between the lowest and highest color temperature values, and use the "-" or "+" buttons to change the values. Press SET to confirm.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for products and accessories is implemented according to the relevant Product Maintenance Information. The warranty period is calculated from the first purchase date, which is the date registered on the warranty card.

How to Get Maintenance Service

For maintenance service, contact the product distributor or authorized service institutions. You can also contact the Godox after-sale service call. When applying for service, provide a valid warranty card. If a valid card cannot be provided, service may be offered if the product/accessory is within the maintenance scope, but this is not an obligation.

Inapplicable Cases

The guarantee and service are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Product or accessory has expired warranty period.
  • Breakage or damage due to inappropriate usage, maintenance, or preservation (e.g., improper packing, usage, plugging/unplugging external equipment, falling, squeezing, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, bases, flooding, damp environments).
  • Breakage or damage caused by unauthorized installation, maintenance, alteration, addition, or detachment.
  • Original identifying information of the product or accessory has been modified, altered, or removed.
  • No valid warranty card.
  • Breakage or damage caused by using illegally authorized, nonstandard, or non-public released software.
  • Breakage or damage caused by force majeure or accident.
  • Breakage or damage not attributable to the product itself.

In such cases, seek solutions from the responsible parties; Godox assumes no responsibility. Damage caused by parts, accessories, or software beyond the warranty period or scope is not covered. Normal wear and tear (discoloration, abrasion, consumption) are not considered breakage.
