Product Overview
The Avantree DG80 is a USB Bluetooth audio adapter designed for seamless wireless audio transmission. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 and features low latency with aptX technology, making it ideal for music and calls. It is compatible with PC, PS4, PS5, Windows, and Mac systems.

Product Functions
The DG80 allows for wireless audio connection between your device and Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
LED Indicators

Pairing & Connecting
To pair with Bluetooth headphones/speakers:
- Ensure your Bluetooth headphones/speakers are in pairing mode.
- Plug the DG80 into your PC/PS4/PS5 USB port. The LED will flash blue.
- The DG80 will automatically search for and connect to the nearest Bluetooth device.
- Once connected, the LED will turn solid blue.
To connect to a previously paired device:
- Ensure your Bluetooth headphones/speakers are turned on and within range.
- Plug the DG80 into your PC/PS4/PS5 USB port.
- The DG80 will automatically reconnect to the last paired device.
Using with PC
For Windows:
- Plug the DG80 into a USB port.
- Windows should automatically detect the adapter. If prompted, select "Avantree DG80" as the audio output device.
- If not automatically set, go to Sound Settings and select "Avantree DG80" as the default playback device.
For Mac:
- Plug the DG80 into a USB port.
- Go to System Preferences > Sound > Output.
- Select "Avantree DG80" as the output device.
Using with PS4/PS5
For PS4/PS5:
- Plug the DG80 into a USB port on your console.
- Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices.
- Select "Avantree DG80" as the Input Device and Output Device.
- Ensure "Output to Headphones" is set to "All Audio" or "Chat Audio" as desired.
Troubleshooting
No Sound:
- Ensure the DG80 is selected as the audio output device in your system settings.
- Check that your Bluetooth headphones/speakers are connected and volume is up.
- Try re-pairing the devices.
Connection Issues:
- Ensure both devices are within Bluetooth range (approx. 10 meters / 33 feet).
- Remove any obstructions between the adapter and your headphones/speakers.
- Try plugging the DG80 into a different USB port.
