PRECAUTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
General safety instructions:
- Risk of personal injury: The appliance and its accessible parts become very hot during use. Keep children away and never touch heating elements. Always use oven gloves when handling hot items. In case of fire, turn off the appliance and smother flames with a fire blanket; do not use water.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacities, or lacking experience, provided they are supervised or instructed by responsible adults.
- Children must not play with the appliance. Keep children under 8 at a safe distance unless supervised.
- Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- Cooking must always be monitored. Short cooking processes require continuous supervision.
- Never leave the appliance unattended during cooking operations where fats or oils could be released, as they could heat up and ignite.
- Do not pour water directly onto very hot trays.
- Keep the oven door closed during cooking. Open the door 5 cm for a few seconds to let steam escape before opening fully.
- Do not insert pointed metal objects into the appliance slots.
- Switch off the appliance immediately after use.
- DO NOT USE OR STORE FLAMMABLE MATERIALS NEAR THE APPLIANCE.
- DO NOT USE AEROSOLS IN THE VICINITY OF THIS APPLIANCE WHILST IT IS IN USE.
- DO NOT MODIFY THIS APPLIANCE.
- Installation and servicing should be carried out by qualified personnel.
- Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
- Do not pull the cable to unplug the appliance.
For microwave appliances:
- WARNING: Do not use if the door or door seal is damaged. It must be repaired by a qualified person.
- WARNING: It is hazardous for anyone other than a competent person to carry out any service or repair operation which involves the removal of a cover offering protection against microwave energy exposure.
- WARNING: Liquids and other foods must not be heated in sealed containers as they are liable to explode.
- When a combined function is used, children should use the appliance only under adult supervision due to high temperatures.
- Check the appliance visually during the cooking of foods in plastic or paper containers.
Improper use - Danger of explosion:
- When heating liquids in the microwave, boiling may be delayed. To avoid superheating and potential explosion, insert a boiling rod or a heat-resistant plastic spoon into the container while heating.
- Use the microwave only for food preparation. Other uses (e.g., drying clothes, warming slippers) are strictly forbidden and can lead to injury or fire.
- Microwave heating of beverages can cause delayed eruptive boiling; take care when handling containers.
- Clean the appliance regularly and remove food residue. Failure to do so can lead to deterioration and potential hazards.
- Do not use the microwave to dry food, heat oils, fry, or heat foods/beverages containing alcohol.
- Do not heat eggs in their shells or whole hard-boiled eggs; they may explode.
- Do not heat food in food packages.
- Do not use combination functions to heat or boil liquids.
- Baby food should not be heated in sealed containers. Remove covers or teats.
Always check the temperature of prepared food. Stir or shake contents for even temperature and to avoid scalding.
- Puncture the skin of food with hard skin or peel (e.g., potatoes, apples) before cooking.
- Do not use microwave functions when the oven is empty.
- Use microwave-suitable kitchenware and utensils.
- Do not use aluminum containers, foil, or metal utensils for cooking.
- Do not use dishes with metallic decorations.
- If present, do not use the tray and/or deep tray for microwave cooking ONLY.
- If smoke is present, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed to smother flames.
- People with pacemakers should maintain a minimum distance of 20-30 cm from the microwave oven when it is in operation. Consult the pacemaker manufacturer.
- The appliance operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM band and complies with Group 2, Class B (EN 55011) for electromagnetic compatibility.
Improper use - Risk of damage to the appliance:
- When using the microwave, food or its container must not be placed directly on the oven cavity bottom. Use supplied accessories on shelves.
- DO NOT USE CONTAINERS/ACCESSORIES RESTING DIRECTLY ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OVEN CAVITY.
- If installed in a cabinet, operate with the cabinet door open.
- Do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents, rough materials, or sharp metal scrapers on glass parts. Use wooden or plastic utensils.
- Do not sit on the appliance.
- Do not use cleaning products containing chlorine, ammonia, or bleach on steel or metallic surface finishes.
- Racks and trays should be inserted fully into side guides with mechanical safety locks facing downwards and towards the back.
- Do not use steam jets to clean the appliance.
- Do not spray products near the appliance.
- Do not obstruct ventilation openings.
- Fire hazard: never leave objects in the oven cavity.
- DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE AS A SPACE HEATER.
- Do not use plastic cookware or containers.
- Do not place sealed tins or containers in the oven.
- Remove unnecessary trays and racks during cooking.
- Do not cover the oven cavity bottom with aluminum or tin foil.
- Do not place pans or trays directly on the oven bottom.
- Use the tray rack (supplied or optional) as a support if needed.
- If using greaseproof paper, ensure it does not interfere with hot air circulation.
- Do not use the open door to rest pans or trays on the internal glass pane.
- Never use the oven door to lever the appliance into place.
- Avoid exerting excessive pressure on the door when open.
- Do not use the handle to lift or move the appliance.
For pyrolytic appliances:
- Surfaces may reach higher temperatures during pyrolytic function. Keep children at a safe distance.
- Before starting the pyrolytic cycle, remove food residues and large spills from the oven interior.
- Remove all accessories from the oven cavity before starting the pyrolytic cycle.
- Switch off hob burners or electric hot plates above the oven before starting the pyrolytic cycle.
Installation and maintenance:
- THIS APPLIANCE MUST NOT BE INSTALLED IN A BOAT OR CARAVAN.
- The appliance must not be installed on a pedestal.
- Position the appliance into the cabinet cut-out with the help of a second person.
- To prevent overheating, do not install behind a decoration door or panel.
- Installation and servicing should be carried out by qualified personnel.
- Have the electrical connection performed by authorized technical personnel.
- The appliance must be connected to earth in compliance with electrical system safety standards.
- Use cables withstanding a temperature of at least 90°C.
- Tightening torque for terminal supply wires: 1.5 - 2 Nm.
- If the power cable is damaged, contact technical support immediately.
- WARNING: Ensure the power supply cable is not caught or damaged during positioning.
- Use necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) before any work on the appliance.
- Switch off the power supply before performing any work.
- Allow the appliance to be disconnected via an accessible plug or switch.
- Fit the power line with an all-pole circuit breaker with adequate contact separation for category III overvoltage conditions.
- This appliance can be used up to a maximum altitude of 4,000 meters.
For this appliance:
- Do not rest weight or sit on the open door.
- Ensure no objects are stuck in the doors.
- Do not install/use the appliance outdoors.
- Only use the temperature probe provided or recommended by the manufacturer (on some models).
Appliance purpose:
This appliance is intended for domestic cooking. Any other use is considered inappropriate. It is not intended for use in employee kitchens, shops, offices, farms, hotels, motels, bed and breakfast accommodations, or similar environments.
This user manual:
This user manual is an integral part of the appliance and must be kept accessible for the appliance's entire working life. Read it carefully before use. The manual includes images that describe the display; however, the actual display may differ due to system updates.
Manufacturer's liability:
The manufacturer is not liable for damage to persons or property caused by improper use, failure to comply with instructions, tampering, or use of non-original spare parts.
Identification plate:
The identification plate contains technical data, serial number, and brand name. Do not remove it.
Disposal:
This appliance conforms to the WEEE European directive (2012/19/EU) and must be disposed of separately. It does not contain hazardous substances. Cut the power cable and deliver the appliance to an appropriate recycling center or return it to the retailer. Packaging materials should also be recycled.
Plastic packaging - Danger of suffocation:
Do not leave packaging unattended. Do not let children play with plastic bags.
To save energy:
- Only preheat if required by the recipe.
- Avoid opening the door during cooking.
- Defrost frozen foods before placing them in the oven unless otherwise indicated.
- Cook multiple items consecutively to utilize the oven's residual heat.
- Use dark metal molds for better heat absorption.
- Remove unnecessary trays and racks.
- Stop cooking a few minutes before the scheduled time; residual heat will complete the process.
- Minimize door openings to prevent heat loss.
- Keep the oven interior clean.
Light sources:
The appliance contains light sources that can only be replaced by authorized technical assistance. These sources are designed for high-temperature applications (≥300°C).
How to read the user manual:
The manual uses specific conventions for warnings, cautions, and information.
DESCRIPTION
General description: The oven comprises a control panel, door, light bulb, fan, and shelves.
Control panel: Features a function knob, digital programmer display, and temperature knob.
- Function knob: Used to turn the appliance on/off and select functions. Turn to position 0 to stop any operation.
- Digital programmer: Displays time, temperature, power, function, and set times.
- Temperature knob: Sets cooking temperature, duration, programmed cooking cycles, current time, and temporarily starts/stops functions.
Other parts:
- Shelves: Positioned at different heights for trays and racks. Insertion heights are indicated from bottom to top.
- Cooling fan: Cools the appliance during and after cooking. Air outflow from above the door may continue briefly after the appliance is turned off.
- Oven lighting: Illuminates the interior when the door is opened, a button is pressed, or a function is selected (except for specific cases).
Accessories:
- Not all accessories are included with all models.
- Accessories in contact with food comply with current legislation.
- Original accessories can be ordered from authorized assistance centers.
- Boiling rod: For use when heating liquids to prevent delayed boiling. Use only with Microwave functions.
- Rack: Supports food containers during cooking.
- Glass dish: For all types of cooking and collecting fat. Suitable for microwave cooking when placed on the lowered pan stand.
- Tray rack: Placed above the glass dish to collect drips.
- Deep tray: Collects fat and is suitable for pies, pizzas, and desserts. Can be used for combined microwave cooking but not for microwave-only cooking.
Optional accessories:
- PPR2 or STONE (refractory stone): Ideal for baking bread, pizza, focaccia, and delicate preparations like biscuits.
- BBQ (teflon-coated barbecue grill pan): Striped side for grilling meat, smooth side for vegetables, fruit, fish.
- AIRFRY (oil-free frying grill): Recommended for air-frying breaded, pre-cooked, or frozen foods.
Microwaves:
The appliance uses a magnetron to generate microwaves that heat food through molecular friction. This allows for faster defrosting, reheating, and cooking compared to traditional methods.
USE
Preliminary operations:
- Remove protective films and labels.
- Wash all accessories before first use.
First heating:
Heat the empty oven at maximum temperature for at least one hour to burn off manufacturing residues. Ensure the room is aired and do not remain in the vicinity during this process.
Materials suitable for use with microwaves:
- TO USE: Glass (remove lids), baking ware, glasses, jars, porcelain, earthenware, plastic (if microwave-safe), containers, plastic wrap (not in contact with food). Ensure materials are heat-resistant.
- NOT TO USE: Metals, aluminum foil, aluminum trays, metal utensils, freezer bag tie wraps, wood, crystal glasses, paper (fire risk), polystyrene containers (food contamination risk). Dishes must be free of metal decorations. Do not use metal accessory trays with microwave or combined microwave functions.
Testing dishes:
To test cookware suitability:
- Remove all accessories.
- Place cookware on the first shelf rack.
- Select microwave function at maximum power (e.g., 1000W).
- Set cooking time to 30 seconds.
- Start cooking.
Unsuitable cookware - Risk of damage to the appliance:
Stop the test immediately if cracking or sparks occur. If cookware becomes hot, it is unsuitable for microwave use.
Using the accessories:
- Racks and trays: Insert fully into side guides until they stop. Ensure mechanical safety locks face downwards and towards the back. Clean before first use.
- Glass racks and glass dish: Place the glass dish on the lowered pan stand and the tray rack inside the glass dish to collect fat.
- Boiling rod: Use only with Microwave functions to prevent delayed boiling. Do not use with combination or traditional functions.
Digital programmer:
The display shows parameters and values. Use the knobs and buttons to set functions, temperature, and time.
First use:
If the time is not set, the oven will not switch on. Set the time as described.
Modifying the time:
Hold the time button for a few seconds in the main menu, then adjust the time.
Using the oven:
Microwave cooking:
- Penetrates food directly for short cooking times and energy savings. Suitable for fat-free cooking, defrosting, and reheating.
- Food or containers must not be placed directly on the oven cavity bottom. Use accessories on shelves.
- Follow the steps to select the MICROWAVE function, set power level (100W to 600W HI), and cooking time. Press the start button.
- Check cooking status using the internal light. The function pauses when the door is opened and resumes when closed.
- Cooking can be interrupted by turning the function knob to 0.
- An acoustic signal indicates the end of cooking.

Combination cooking:
Combines traditional cooking with microwave operation. Functions are marked with microwave and traditional symbols.
- Select a combination function (e.g., MICROWAVE + FAN-ASSISTED).
- Set the desired temperature (e.g., 200°C).
- Confirm temperature.
- Set the microwave power level (100W to 400W).
- Confirm microwave power.
- Press the start button.
- Set the cooking time (1 minute to 13 hours).
- Confirm cooking time.
- Press the start button.
Preheating stage:
The appliance heats to the cooking temperature. An indicator light and temperature increase signal this stage. You can skip preheating by holding the button. At the end of preheating, the indicator light turns off, the appliance beeps, and START flashes, indicating food can be introduced.
Cooking phase:
- Open the door, place the dish, and close the door.
- Alternatively, if the dish is already inside, press the start button.
- Check cooking status using the internal light.
End of cooking:
An acoustic signal sounds. Turn the function knob to position 0 to exit.
List of combined cooking functions:
- MICROWAVE + FAN-ASSISTED: Combines fan operation with microwaves for consistent cooking.
- MICROWAVE + THERMO-VENTILATED: Combines hot air circulation with microwaves for rapid cooking.
- MICROWAVE + GRILL: Combines grill for browning with microwaves for rapid internal cooking.
Traditional cooking:
- Functions can be interrupted by turning the function knob to 0.
- Select the desired function (e.g., FAN-ASSISTED).
- Set the temperature (e.g., 200°C).
- Press the start button.
- Set the cooking time (1 minute to 13 hours).
- Press the start button again.
Preheating stage: Similar to combination cooking.
Cooking phase: Similar to combination cooking.
End of cooking: An acoustic signal sounds. Turn the function knob to 0.
Timed cooking:
Allows cooking to start and end after a set time. The function pauses when the door is opened and resumes when closed.
- Select function and temperature, then press the time button.
- Set cooking duration (1 minute to 13 hours).
- Confirm duration.
- Press the start button.
- Add preheating time to the cooking time.
- After preheating, place food in the oven and close the door. Cooking resumes.
- Timed cooking is indicated by decreasing time on the display.
- An acoustic signal sounds at the end. Turn the function knob to 0.
How to cancel timed cooking: Press the time button, reset duration, and confirm.
Programmed cooking:
Allows cooking to stop automatically at a user-set time. Cooking duration must be set along with the end time.
- Select function and temperature, press the time button.
- Set cooking duration (1 minute to 13 hours).
- Press the button.
- Set the cooking end time.
- Confirm the end time. The function starts automatically at the set start time.
- Preheating time is included in the end-of-cooking time.
- An acoustic signal sounds at the end. Turn the function knob to 0.
How to cancel programmed cooking: Press the time button twice, reset the end time, and confirm.
Minute minder timer during cooking:
The minute minder timer alerts the user when the set time has elapsed without stopping the cooking operation.
- Press the minute minder button.
- Set the duration (1 minute to 23 hours).
- Confirm the duration.
- An acoustic signal sounds at the end. Touch the button to exit.
List of traditional cooking functions:
- STATIC: For single-dish cooking, roasts, bread, pies.
- FAN ASSISTED: For uniform cooking, biscuits, cakes, multi-level cooking.
- CIRCULAIRE: Distributes heat quickly and uniformly, suitable for all dishes and multi-level cooking without mixing aromas.
- GRILL: For grilling and grating, provides uniform browning.
- BOTTOM HEAT: Heat from the bottom, ideal for cakes, pies, tarts, and pizzas.
- ECO: For low energy consumption cooking on a single shelf. Recommended for most foods except those creating high humidity. Place food without preheating for maximum savings. Cooking times may be longer. Recommended for temperatures below 210°C.
Cooking advice:
- General advice: Use fan-assisted functions for multi-level cooking. Do not shorten cooking times by increasing temperature.
- Meat: Cooking times vary. Use a meat thermometer or press the roast to check doneness.
- Grill and Fan with grill: Preheat the oven before grilling. Place food in the center of the rack. Use maximum temperature for optimal grilling.
- Desserts/pastries/biscuits: Use dark metal molds. Adjust temperature and time based on dough consistency. Check doneness with a toothpick. If collapsing, reduce temperature and increase cooking time.
- Defrosting and proving: Place frozen foods without packaging on the first shelf. Avoid overlapping. Use a rack and tray for meat defrosting to collect liquid. Cover delicate parts with foil. Place a container of water for proving dough.
- To save energy: Stop cooking early, minimize door openings, and keep the oven clean.
Mini guide to accessories
- Rack: Use as a support surface for baking molds/casseroles or for grilling with a deep tray below to collect juices. For multi-level cooking, use two racks with an empty level between them and the FAN-HEATED function.
- Glass dish: Place on the grid. Suitable for microwave and combination microwave cooking.
- Tray rack: Use as a base for grilling; a pan below collects juices.
- Deep baking tray: For single-level cooking. Place on the center shelf for fan-assisted functions, or the required shelf for STATIC function. CAUTION: Use for combined microwave cooking only, not microwave-only.

Special functions
Access special functions by turning the function knob. Scroll through functions using the button. Hold the button to exit a selected function.
- DEFROSTING: Defrosts food based on selectable time (1-30 minutes). Microwave power cannot be changed. Turn food halfway through for best results. A reference table for defrosting times by food type is provided.
- PROVING: Suitable for proving dough. Place dough on the second level. A container of water in the bottom of the oven aids proving. Temperature can be adjusted (25°C to 40°C).
- SABBATH: Appliance operates with specific settings: indefinite cooking, no pre-heating, temperature range 60-150°C, oven light disabled, internal fan off, knob illumination and audible prompts disabled. Settings cannot be altered after activation.
- TURBO: Allows quick cooking on multiple shelves without aroma mixing, ideal for large volumes. Temperature range 50-250°C. Preheating can be skipped, and timed/programmed cooking can be set.
- PIZZA: Designed for pizza, biscuits, and cakes. Preheating cannot be skipped. Temperature range 50-250°C.
- STONE: For on-stone cooking with the PPR2 or STONE accessory. Temperature range 50-280°C. Preheating can be skipped, and timed/programmed cooking can be set.
- BBQ: For barbecue cooking with the BBQ accessory. Temperature range 50-250°C. Preheating can be skipped, and timed/programmed cooking can be set.
- AIRFRY: For fried cooking without oil, using the AIRFRY accessory. Temperature range 50-250°C. Preheating can be skipped, and timed/programmed cooking can be set.
- POPCORN: Ideal for preparing popcorn using the microwave. Place the bag on the glass baking tray on the second shelf. Microwave power is fixed.
- SOFT: Ideal for preparing cakes and desserts using the microwave. Place food in a microwave-safe container on the second shelf. Microwave power is fixed.
- MELT: Ideal for melting chocolate using the microwave. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe container on the second shelf. Microwave power is fixed.
Secondary functions:
- MINUTE MINDER TIMER: Alerts when time elapses without stopping cooking. Set duration (1 minute to 23 hours).
- TIME: Set time format (12h/24h) and adjust hours and minutes.
- Settings: Access various settings by pressing the settings button.
- Controls lock (child safety): Locks controls automatically after 2 minutes of inactivity. To temporarily disable, press the button for a few seconds.
- Showroom (for showrooms only): Deactivates heating elements while keeping the control panel active. Set to OFF for normal use.
- Keep warm: Keeps cooked food warm at low temperatures after cooking. Set to OFF for normal use.
- Display brightness: Adjust display brightness from 1 (low) to 5 (high).
- Sound: Disables audible feedback from button presses.
Other settings:
- Eco light: Automatically deactivates oven lights after approximately one minute of cooking or door opening to save energy. Can be turned OFF.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the appliance:
- Cleaning the surfaces: Clean regularly after use and cooling. Use specific non-abrasive products. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
- Food stains or residues: Do not use steel sponges or sharp scrapers. Use normal non-abrasive products and wooden/plastic tools. Rinse and dry. Do not let sugary residues dry, as they can damage the enamel.
Cleaning the oven cavity:
- Clean regularly after cooling. Avoid letting food residue dry. Remove all removable parts (door, rack/tray support frames) for easier cleaning.
- Run the oven at maximum temperature for 15-20 minutes to eliminate residues if using specific cleaning products.
Drying:
- After cooking, let the appliance cool, remove dirt, dry the interior with a soft cloth, and leave the door open to dry completely.
Removing rack/tray support frames:
To clean the sides more easily, remove the frames by unscrewing the front fixing pin, unhooking the frame from the front housing, and removing it from the rear pin. Refit by reversing the process.
Special cleaning functions:
- Vapor Clean (on some models only): An assisted cleaning procedure that softens dirt with heat and water vapor.
Preliminary operations for Vapor Clean:
- Remove all accessories, temperature probe, and self-cleaning panels.
- Pour approx. 120 cc of water into the oven floor.
- Spray a water and detergent solution inside the oven, avoiding self-cleaning deflectors.
- Wash removed self-cleaning panels separately.
Vapor Clean cycle setting:
Select the Vapor Clean function. The duration and temperature cannot be changed. Press the start button. An acoustic signal indicates the end. Turn the function knob to 0 to exit.
Programmed Vapor Clean cycle: The start time can be programmed similarly to cooking functions.
Vapor Clean End: Turn the function knob to 0. Wipe away dirt with a microfibre cloth. Use a non-scratch sponge for hard deposits. Use specific oven cleaners for grease. Remove residual water. Replace panels and frames. For hygiene, dry the oven with a fan-assisted function at 160°C for 10 minutes, or use a catalytic cycle if self-cleaning panels are fitted. Wear rubber gloves.
INSTALLATION
Electrical connection:
- Check mains characteristics against the identification plate.
- The appliance must be connected to ground using a wire at least 20 mm longer than other wires.
- Suitable for 220-240V~ operation with a 3 x 1.5 mm² three-core cable.
Fixed connection:
Fit the power line with an all-pole circuit breaker compliant with installation regulations and AS/NZS 3000 for Australia/New Zealand.
Connection with plug and socket:
Ensure plug and socket are compatible. Avoid adapters and gang sockets.
Cable replacement:
Disconnect mains power. Unscrew rear casing screws to access the terminal board. Replace the cable, ensuring it follows the best route to avoid contact with the appliance.
Positioning:
- Ensure the power cable is not caught or damaged during positioning.
- Front panel seal: Glue the supplied seal to the rear part of the front panel to prevent liquid ingress.
- Fastening bushings: Remove bushing covers, mount the appliance into the recess, secure with screws, and replace covers.
Appliance overall dimensions (mm): Detailed diagrams show dimensions for built-in installation in columns and under worktops.
Mounting into a column: Requires a cabinet opening of approx. 35-40 mm deep. Ensure correct dimensions for the cutout.
Mounting under worktops: A wooden bar is recommended to support the front panel seal. Ensure the furniture top/rear part has an opening of approx. 60 mm deep.
