Product Description
The SITRANS FM MAG 5100 W is an electromagnetic flow sensor designed for volume flow measurement of conductive liquids. It is suitable for applications in water abstraction, water & wastewater treatment, water distribution networks, and custody transfer metering. The sensor is flanged and available with diameters ranging from DN 15 to DN 1200 (1/2" to 48").
This document specifies a sensor with DN 400, 16 inch EN 1092-1 PN 16 flanges, standard face-to-face length (1.25 x DN), PED compliant. The sensor features a Carbon steel ASTM A 105 body with corrosion-resistant coating according to EN ISO 12944 grade C4, a NBR liner, and Hastelloy C-276 grounding electrodes. It is designed for remote transmitter connection and does not include bus communication. It comes with metric cable glands and a Polyamid terminal box, or can be configured with the MAG 6000i integral mount.
