01. Charging and Activation

a. Connect the FV17 charging cable to a 5V-1A adapter and insert it. Ensure the cable is correctly aligned with the metal contact pins on the back of the watch. The integrated magnets will automatically attach to the correct poles for charging.

b. If the watch is new or has not been used for a long time, the battery may be in a 0-volt protection state. Charge the watch for at least 15 minutes to accumulate enough energy to activate it. The integrated magnets will automatically attach to the correct poles for charging.

c. It is recommended to charge the device once a month. Keep the device fully charged and turn it off when not in use to ensure long life and optimal performance.

02. Download the App & Watch Button Functions

① Download the "FitCloudPro" app from the App Store or Google Play.

② Scan the QR code to download.

Watch Button Functions:

• Briefly press to go to the menu/back.
• Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off.
• Rotate to change the watch face.

03. Pairing the Watch-iOS

a. Upon first opening the FitCloudPro app, enable Bluetooth access, wireless data, and notifications on your compatible smartphone by granting all necessary permissions through the phone's settings.

b. Use the app with "Visit as Guest" or "Sign In".

04. Bluetooth Connection-iOS

a. Select 'Search Now' to discover and connect to the FV17 Bluetooth device, then tap the watch to 'accept', grant access, and complete the pairing process.

b. "Allow Bluetooth pairing" and "Allow notifications".

05. Configuring the FitCloudPro App on Android: Permissions and Agreement

a. "Accept" the Privacy Policy and FitCloudPro User Agreement, Sign In or Use without an account:

b. Enter your personal information and allow the search/connection to nearby Bluetooth devices.

c. Allow FitCloudPro to detect and connect to FV17 devices. Tap the watch and select 'Accept' to grant access and complete the pairing process.

d. Consent to Bluetooth pairing requests and contact access:

06. Activating Push Notifications

a. Note that the watch cannot receive notifications when the phone is in Do Not Disturb mode.

b. Ensure that the phone's Bluetooth is active, the FitCloudPro app is running, and the watch is connected to the phone's Bluetooth.

c. Ensure that notifications are visible in your phone's notification bar.

07. Activating the Weather Locator

Activate the weather report function in the FitCloudPro app to get weather forecasts.

This section details how to set preferred units for length, weight, and temperature within the app.

09. Setting/Downloading Watch Faces

a. Press and hold the watch face for 2 seconds, then swipe quickly to change the watch face.

b. Download watch faces through the FitCloudPro watch face market. Note that you can only save one watch face at a time. A new download will replace the previously saved watch face.

10. Resetting the Watch

If exercise, sleep, and heart rate data are inaccurate, or if Bluetooth connection or call functionality is not working, try resetting the watch as shown below and reconnecting it. Alternatively, you can reset or update the firmware via the app!

11. Setting the Always-On Display

a. Tap "Settings" and go to "Display".

b. Tap "AOD clock" to enable "Digital clock" or "Analog clock".

NOTE: To extend battery life, the watch may disable the "Raise to wake" function to reduce unnecessary power consumption when the AOD function is activated.

12. Activating/Deactivating Call and Media Audio

a. Tap [call audio icon] to enable or disable Bluetooth calls.

b. To prevent the watch from playing multimedia sounds or making/receiving calls, simply disable the multimedia audio and call audio settings.

Note: The watch is paired with the iOS system app, allowing message reminders even if the app is closed. However, for Android phones, the app must be open to receive message reminders.

13. Adding and Synchronizing Favorite Contacts

Add contacts to your watch via FitCloudPro.

14. Important Safety Precautions

a. Do not expose the watch to extremely high temperature environments such as direct sunlight or near high-temperature devices like heaters, ovens, microwaves, or water heaters. High-temperature environments can cause battery explosions or other safety incidents.

b. The product includes a non-removable pure cobalt battery. Non-professionals are not authorized to disassemble it in case of a safety incident.

c. This product has passed various waterproofing tests before launch. Considering different usage habits, its internal parts may wear out, affecting sealing performance. Therefore, wear and use the watch with care during swimming and diving, but avoid wearing it in a sauna or under a hot shower.

d. Our products are not medical devices. Data collected on heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, calories, and steps, as well as other health data, are for reference purposes only and not as a clinical basis.
