Using Your RoboVac

Important Tips Before Use

Follow these guidelines for optimal operation:

  • Remove power cords and small objects from the floor that may entangle RoboVac.
  • Fold tasseled edges of rugs underneath to prevent tangling. Avoid cleaning dark-colored high-pile rugs or rugs thicker than 1.02 in / 26 mm.
  • Place physical barriers in front of fireplaces and air vents that could damage RoboVac.
  • Keep RoboVac away from wet areas.
  • Remove objects less than 0.63 in / 16 mm in height that RoboVac might climb onto.
  • ⚠️ Anti-drop sensors prevent falls down stairs, but are less effective on dirty, carpeted, reflective, or dark floors. Use physical barriers for safety.

Preparation

  1. Remove the foam blocks beside the bumper before use.
  2. Install the side brush before use.
  3. Turn on the main power switch on the right side of RoboVac.
  4. Place the auto-empty station on a level surface and against a wall. Ensure 3.3 ft (1 m) clearance on the sides and 6.6 ft (2 m) in front.
  5. Install the supplied protective pad under the auto-empty station if using on carpet.

Use the Auto-Empty Station

The Auto-Empty Station automatically empties the RoboVac's dustbin.

  • RoboVac returns to the station at the end of a cleaning cycle or when the battery is low.
  • Ensure the power cord is connected and the dust bag is properly installed.
  • The dust bag can lock 99.7% of allergens.
  • The emptying function may not activate if cleaning sessions are too short or if 'Do-Not-Disturb' mode is enabled in the eufy Clean app.
  • Some noise may occur during emptying; consider placing the device in a suitable location or using 'Do-Not-Disturb' mode.
  • Connect the power cord to the auto-empty station and a wall outlet. The LED indicator on the station will be steady white when AC power is connected.
  • The station has high-voltage and low-voltage versions; ensure you have the correct one.
  • Place the station against a wall on a hard, level surface for easy access.
  • Always keep the station plugged in for automatic return.
  • Align RoboVac's charging pins with the station's to begin charging.
  • If RoboVac cleans for over 15 minutes, it will empty its dustbin automatically upon return.
