- The washing machine is adjusted to 230 volts; it may not operate with low voltage.
- If your home fuse is less than 16 amperes, consult a qualified electrician to install a 16 ampere fuse.
- Ensure grounding installation is done by a qualified electrician when using with or without a transformer. The company is not responsible for damages from ungrounded use.
- For initial setup, call Authorized Service. If water installation or drains are improper, contact a qualified plumber.
- Do not place the machine on a rug-covered floor to prevent overheating of electrical parts due to lack of ventilation from the bottom.
- Ensure hot and cold water taps are connected correctly during installation; otherwise, laundry may come out hot and worn out.
- Contact authorized service if the supply cord or plug is damaged.
- Use new water inlet hoses; used hoses may cause stains on laundry.
- Rinse clothes pre-treated with cleaning agents (e.g., gasoline ether, liquid stain remover) thoroughly with clean water before washing.
- Never wash the device with a water hose due to the risk of electric shock. Always disconnect electricity by unplugging before cleaning.
- Never touch the plug with wet hands. Grasp the plug, not the cable, when unplugging.
- Do not operate the appliance if the power cable, plug, or any other part is damaged or shows errors.
- For issues not resolved by this manual, turn off the machine, unplug it, close the water tap, and contact customer service. Do not attempt self-repair.
- For the first use, run the Cotton 90°C program with detergent (without laundry) to clean the machine. Repeating this process is recommended after washing heavily soiled clothes (e.g., car technician work clothes).

Water and Electrical Connections
Water Connections
Water Inlet Hose
Connect the provided hoses to the water inlet valves. The red hose is for hot water, and the blue hose is for cold water.
If using a double water inlet machine as a single (cold) water inlet unit, install the stopper to the hot water valve. If using both inlets, remove the stopper and gasket from the hot water valve before connecting the hot water hose.
Ensure connection points are under water pressure. Turn taps on fully after connecting and check for leaks. Keep taps closed when not in use to prevent leaks.
Water flow should be between 1 and 10 bars (approximately 8 liters per minute from a fully open tap).
Install the elbowed end of the hose to the machine and hand-tighten the nuts; do not use a spanner.
Models with double water inlets can be used with a single inlet by using a plug on the hot water valve. A rubber gasket is recommended to prevent leaks.
Do not connect a single water inlet product to the hot water tap. Connecting hot water to a double inlet machine via a Y-part may cause it to switch to protection mode if the temperature exceeds 40°C.
Diagram: Shows water inlet hoses (red/blue) and drainage hose connection, including a height guide (40-100 cm) and a plug for single inlet use.
Water Drainage Hose
The drainage hose can be attached to a sink or bathtub side. Ensure the hose is not bent. Secure it with a hose bracket if necessary.
The hose end can connect directly to a waste water drainage hole or an outlet elbow on the sink. The hose should be installed at a height of 40 cm minimum and 100 cm maximum.
Electrical Connection
Plug the grounded plug of the washing machine's power cable into a grounded wall outlet with suitable voltage and current.
Preparation
Before starting to wash laundry, ensure the following:
- The machine is plugged in.
- The drainage hose is connected correctly.
- The front door is closed.
- The water tap is open.
If installing the machine yourself, refer to the "Installation" section.
Separation of Laundries
Separate laundries by type (cotton, linen, synthetic, woolen, etc.), dirtiness level, and washing temperature. Do not wash white clothes with colored ones.
Remove solid objects like belts, cuff links, and curtain rods, or place them in a washing bag. Empty pockets, zip up, and button clothes.
For very small items (e.g., baby clothes), place them inside pillowcases or a special washing net to prevent them from getting caught in the bellows, pump filter, or hoses.
For stained laundries, consult the "Practical and useful information" section.
The machine can wash "Machine Washable" or "Unfeltable" woolen clothes in the special woolen program. Sensitive items labeled "Do not wash in machine" or "Hand-wash" (e.g., silk, pure wool, cashmere) can be washed using the specifically designed hand-wash program.
Loading the Laundry
Open the front door by pulling the handle. The door can only be opened when the machine is not operating and the "ready" LED is on.
Load laundry by spreading it evenly without compaction. Turn hand-woven clothes inside out.
Ensure no laundry is caught between the door and the rubber bellows when closing the door. Push the door firmly to close it. Washing will not start if the door is not closed correctly.
Detergent and Softener Selection
Detergent amount depends on water hardness, laundry amount, and dirtiness level. Refer to detergent packaging for recommended amounts. Use less detergent for lightly soiled laundry or soft water to avoid excessive foam.
Use detergents specifically designed for automatic washing machines. Avoid bleaches containing chlorine or sulfur.
Place powder detergent and softener in the appropriate compartments of the detergent drawer and close it.
Add softener as recommended (e.g., 1 tea cup, generally <100ml). Do not exceed the "MAX" marking, as excess softener may mix with the wash water via the siphon and be wasted. Refill or dilute condensed softener if necessary.

Hose
In cold areas, water remaining in the appliance can freeze and cause damage. Drain water from the pump and hoses by removing the pump filter. Empty water inlet hoses by removing them from the taps.
Cleaning the pump filter
Clean the foreign substance filter periodically (at least once).
- If foreign objects (coins, buttons, socks) clog the pump, clean the filter.
- Before cleaning, drain any remaining water.
- Caution: The machine may contain up to 15 liters of hot water (90°C). Open the filter carefully.
Drain water completely in the following situations:
- Before cleaning the foreign substance filter.
- Before transporting the machine (e.g., moving to a new house).
- When there is a risk of freezing.
Steps for cleaning the pump filter:
- Turn off the appliance, unplug the power cable, and close the tap. Wait for hot soapy water to cool to avoid scalding.
- Open the service cover by pressing the button. Place a container in front of the filter cover to catch any residual water. Unscrew the filter anticlockwise.
