Both earbuds can be switched freely. The left and right earbuds can be connected to the cell phone, switch freely, and connect back in seconds after booting.

Product Wear

Follow these steps to wear the headphones:

  1. Insert the earbud into your ear.
  2. Adjust the ear hook to fit comfortably around your ear.
  3. Ensure a secure fit.
  4. Repeat for the other ear.

Bluetooth Pairing

First-time Bluetooth Pairing:

  1. Open the charging case lid and remove the left and right earbuds; they will automatically enter pairing mode.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, search for the pairing name "W&P OPENZONE", and click to connect.
  3. A prompt tone will sound when pairing is successful.

Note: If you cannot find the Bluetooth device, please turn off Bluetooth on your phone and then turn it back on to reconnect. The pairing time for the earbuds is 5 minutes; they will automatically turn off if the time is exceeded. If you need to connect again, please follow the steps above until the Bluetooth connection is successful.

Automatic Reconnect Feature:

After the first successful connection, the earbuds will default to reconnecting to the last paired device upon power on.

Common Problems

  1. Headphones cannot be paired with cell phone? Check whether the headphones are in pairing or connecting state, and check the Bluetooth search function of your cell phone.
  2. The headphones cannot be turned on? Please check if the headphones are fully charged, and charge for 30 min before turning on.
  3. Can I replace the battery of headphones? No, headphones use a non-removable battery.
  4. Is the headphones disconnected from my cell phone? The effective distance of these headphones is 10 meters indoor. If the distance between the cell phone and the headphones is more than 10 meters or there are multiple obstacles, the headphones and the cell phone will be disconnected. Please keep within the effective distance to use these headphones.
  5. After connecting the headphones to the computer or cell phone, I hear different sounds? Since Bluetooth is a wireless technology, it is sensitive to objects between the headphones and the connected device. Please check whether there is metal or other objects affecting the connections within the connection range.
  6. Can I use the headphones to control the applications on my cell phone when it is connected to my cell phone? The software settings of device applications may vary, so the functions of individual applications may not support control by headphones.
