Troubleshooting

• Light Not Coming On: Verify power at switch and breaker, check fixture wiring, confirm correct line voltage, and test photocontrol function.
• Photocontrol Test: Cover the photocontrol; the light should turn on. Shine a flashlight on it; the light should turn off.
• Light Stays On: Test photocontrol as described above.
• Fixture Cycles On/Off: Light reflecting back onto the photocontrol may cause this. Adjust the photocontrol cover.

Product Features & Maintenance

This LED light requires minimal maintenance as it has no bulbs to replace. Clean surfaces with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaning materials.

Installation Instructions

Important Safety Precautions:

• Always turn off power at the fuse or circuit breaker box before wiring.
• Wear gloves and safety glasses during installation and maintenance.
• Ensure all electrical connections are made in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local codes.
• Use UL-approved wire connectors for all wiring connections.
• Do not exceed the maximum wattage marked on the fixture label.
• Keep combustible materials away from the fixture.
• Do not install damaged products.

Mounting Options:

• Surface and Conduit Mounting: Use the mounting plate as a template to mark holes. Install mounting screws. Thread supply wires through the mounting plate and fixture neck, or through conduit. Align the fixture and secure it with screws. Make wiring connections inside the wiring compartment.
• Extension Arm Mounting: Attach the backplate with gasket. Loosen set screws on the fixture neck and remove the access panel. Thread supply wires from the extension arm through the fixture neck into the wiring compartment. Slide the fixture onto the arm, ensure it is level, and tighten set screws.

Wiring:

• Connect the ground wire from the house supply to the fixture's ground wire using a wire nut.
• Connect the black fixture wire to the black power supply wire.
• Connect the white fixture wire to the white (neutral) power supply wire.
• Twist wire nuts clockwise until tight for secure connections.

Final Steps:

• Restore power at the fuse or circuit breaker box and verify the installation is successful.
• Adjust the photocontrol so its window is fully open.
• Apply silicone caulking around the perimeter of the backplate where it meets the mounting surface to create a moisture seal.
