- Maintenance should be performed by persons familiar with the fixture's construction and operation.
- Regular fixture maintenance is recommended.
- This fixture is intended for connection to a properly installed and grounded UL listed junction box.
- Clean the refractor/lens with a mild solution of warm water and detergent, rinse, and dry.
- DO NOT INSTALL DAMAGED PRODUCT. Inspect for damage during transit and replace any damaged parts.
- Recycle LED electronic products by visiting www.epa.gov.
Specific Warnings:
- RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK: Disconnect or turn off power before installation or servicing. Verify supply voltage. Make all electrical and grounded connections according to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes. Use UL approved wire connectors.
- RISK OF INJURY: Wear gloves and safety glasses. Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source.
- RISK OF BURN: Allow fixture to cool before handling. Do not touch enclosure, lens, or light source. Do not exceed maximum wattage. Follow manufacturer's warnings and recommendations. Use only lamps that comply with ANSI standards.
- RISK OF FIRE: Keep combustible materials away from lamp/lens. Do not operate near persons, combustible materials, or substances affected by heat.
- RISK OF PRODUCT DAMAGE: Never connect components under load. Do not mount in a way that can cut wire insulation. Do not connect LED products directly to dimmers, occupancy sensors, or other control devices unless specified. LED fixtures must be powered directly off a switched circuit. Do not restrict fixture ventilation; allow airspace. Do not exceed maximum ambient temperature. Use fixture only in its intended location. LED products are polarity sensitive; ensure proper polarity. Use personal grounding equipment during installation/servicing to prevent Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). Do not touch individual electrical components.
FCC Compliance: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used in accordance with instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. If interference occurs, try to correct it by reorienting the antenna, increasing separation, or connecting to a different circuit. Consult a dealer or technician if necessary.

Mounting Instructions
Surface Mounting (See Fig. A)
Note: Hardware included is for mounting to wood surfaces only. Ensure the surface is structurally sound and can support the fixture. Use appropriate mounting hardware for your application.
- Remove conduit plug (C) and pull supply wires through the conduit hole.
- Mark mounting hole locations using the fixture as a template and drill 3/16" pilot holes in the wooden surface.
- Install 2" lag bolts (D), leaving about 3/8" space under the heads. Place the fixture housing on the left bolt and rotate clockwise to rest on the second lag bolt. Tighten bolts to secure.
- Make wire connections, push them through the conduit hole into the arm, and secure the conduit pipe.
Arm Mounting (See Fig. B)
Note: Optional Mounting Arm (OMA) available separately. Follow OMA instructions. Ensure the surface is structurally sound.
- Make wire connections and push the mounting arm into the fixture arm hole, ensuring wires are not pinched.
- Tighten set screws (E) with the included Allen wrench (H) to secure the fixture to the arm.
Wiring and Fixture Operation
CAUTION: Make sure power is turned off!
This fixture is intended for use with conduit connectors, conduit, and a properly installed and grounded UL wet location listed junction box.
- Ground fixture: Connect the house ground wire (copper) and the fixture ground wire (green) using a Wire Nut (F). If no house ground wire exists, consult your local electrical code.
- Connect supply wires: Connect the black fixture wire to the black power supply wire and the white fixture wire to the white (neutral) supply wire using Wire Nuts (F).
Operation: Turn on electricity at the fuse or circuit breaker box. Test the fixture at night or block the photocontrol.
Apply silicone caulking (not included) for moisture seal.
Diffuser
The diffuser is optional and can be removed by removing four screws on the outer edge of the diffuser. (See Fig. C)
