- Once paired and connected, unplug the plug and move it further away. Ensure it is within the Zigbee range of another active plug that is already part of the network. This process forms a Zigbee Mesh Network, where each connected plug acts as a node, extending the network's reach.

- Set schedules or timers for automatic on/off control.
- Create routines for automated smart home scenarios (e.g., "Alexa, good morning" to turn on a coffee maker).
- Remotely control the Smart Plug from your smartphone, even when away from home.
- Utilize the plugs as extenders to improve connectivity for devices further from your hub.
Troubleshooting
- Factory Reset: Power on the Smart Plug and press and hold the button for over 10 seconds until the LED flashes red.
- Fail to Pair with Echo:
- Verify Echo speaker compatibility and ensure the Smart Plug is in pairing mode.
- Confirm Echo devices are set up before adding Smart Plugs.
- Reboot the Echo speaker or Zigbee Hub by unplugging and replugging the power.
- Consider factory resetting the Echo speaker (press and hold Action Button for 25 seconds) and try pairing again.
- Smart Plug Not Responding:
- Toggle the Smart Plug on/off twice in the Alexa app to sync.
- If disconnected, reboot the Echo speaker, factory reset the Smart Plug, and re-pair.
- If issues persist, deregister and re-register the Echo speaker.
- Moving Smart Plugs: If moving a paired plug to a different Echo device, remove it from the Alexa app first and wait 30 minutes for cloud synchronization before re-pairing.
- Alexa's Response: If Alexa indicates failure to find the plug, try saying "Alexa, turn all plugs off." If the plug responds, it was a false fail by Alexa. Report this to Amazon. If the plug does not respond, contact Third Reality support at Support@3reality.com.
