Encrypted models deliver industry-standard 128-bit AES encryption over the air and frequency-hopping spread-spectrum. For added security, DMP 1100 Series encrypted devices allow you to enter your own passphrase for unique key generation, providing full encryption end to end. Encryption is compatible with XR and XT Series panels.

SINGLE PERSON INSTALLATION

Built-in Survey LED

The onboard LED on all 1100 Series transmitters gives you a cost-saving advantage. With one-way systems, typically, installers work in two-person teams; one tripping the sensor and the other standing near the control panel to verify whether the signal has been received. The built-in survey capability allows for single-person installations, eliminating the requirement for an additional survey kit. By using DMP's survey LED feature, installers and customers alike can be assured systems are installed properly.

Wireless Check-in

By putting the system into "wireless check-in test," sensors automatically check in. This lets installers easily determine if each sensor is communicating properly.

868 MHZ SPREAD-SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGY

DMP wireless communication employs 868 MHz frequency-hopping spread-spectrum to ensure clear and accurate signal transmissions without interference in practically any environment.

EXTENDING BATTERY LIFE

One-Way vs. Two-Way

Most wireless alarm systems use one-way communications. Individual sensors can transmit to the receiver. But the receiver cannot communicate with the sensors to indicate it has received their signals. To compensate, sensors in one-way systems transmit alarm signals several times in the hopes the control panel will receive the signal at least once. The multiple communications per sensor reduce battery life. DMP Two-Way technology sends a single message and immediately receives a single acknowledgement signal, allowing it to save much needed battery life.

Disarm/Disable

Why waste batteries when you don't need to? With this unique feature, wireless products are disabled whenever the system is disarmed. By enabling wireless devices only when the system is armed, their battery life will last longer, which means fewer service calls for battery replacements and less interruption to employees and customers.

Range and Optimal Placement

Typical open-air range is 400 meters for standard receivers. Your experience may vary based on site conditions, wall thickness and material, and other variables. For best results, conduct a site survey to determine optimal receiver placement.
