Power Station Safety & Handling
When Setting Up the Power Station
- Set up on a hard, flat, stable work surface allowing adequate air ventilation.
- Maintain a minimum 10cm gap from walls and 30cm between stations.
- Avoid environments where heat can easily accumulate (optimal temperature 0°C-40°C, altitude ≤ 2000m).
- Install in a dry location away from high humidity (optimal humidity 30-70%).
- Ensure the socket rating is suitable for the maximum power of 450W per station; avoid overloading.
- Use the original power cable; avoid other brands or models.
- Avoid bending or crushing the power cable; do not place objects on it or use if damaged.
- The Power Station must be grounded. Never operate without a suitably installed ground conductor.
Warning: Failure to follow these safety instructions can result in fire, electrical shock, injuries, or damage to your Power Station or other property. Inappropriate use may cause long-term damage to battery cells and void your warranty.
Avoid Placing the Power Station:
- Inside a cabinet
- In direct sunlight
- Close to heat sources like heaters or microwaves
- Near flammable gases or combustible materials
When Storing the Power Station
- If unused for more than a week, turn off the station and chargers, disconnect the power cable.
- Store in a cool, dry location (optimal storing temperature 10°C-35°C, humidity 40-70%).
- Before cleaning, disconnect the station, remove chargers, and power them down. Use a dry cloth; avoid liquids and operating with wet hands.

Ports and Power
Wireless Charging (Max Output 10W)
Place your phone on top of the Portable Charger for fast and reliable wireless charging. For optimal charging, align your phone horizontally with the back edge of the Omnicharge and ensure USB-A mode is ON. A flashing wireless icon (?) will appear when the phone is detected.
Note: Optimal charging range depends on the phone's receiver coil size. Minor alignment deviations may cause interruptions. Adjust the phone's position for stable charging.
AC Outlet (Max Output 100W)
To change the AC output mode, double-press the Power Button (⏻) to enter the menu and select "Wall Socket". Options include 120V AC (US model) or 230V AC (EU model), and 150V HVDC (recommended for switch mode power supplies). For more details, visit www.omnicharge.co.
When AC/HVDC is active, specific icons will appear on the screen.
The AC port can power devices like laptops, TVs, drones, cameras, and projectors.
Note: Remove the silicone protector before use and reattach it afterward for water and dust protection.
DC Port (Max Output 5A - 100W)
This feature allows direct DC power output through the barrel port. You need a compatible cable and knowledge of your device's voltage and amperage. Warning: Using the wrong voltage may damage your device.
Enabling DC Output: Select "DC OUT" in the menu, then confirm the voltage and amperage settings (e.g., 25.0V = 4.0A). An incorrect setting may harm your device. Omnicharge offers 4 voltage presets; long-press the power button to customize voltage and amperage.
USB-C Port (Max Output 60W)
The USB-C port is always active and requires no configuration. Connect your USB-C device to start charging. Note: The USB-C and DC ports share the same power circuit and cannot be used simultaneously.
USB-A Ports (Max Output 18W)
These ports are Quick Charge QC3.0 compatible, offering up to 18W Max. You can choose whether the USB output is ON or OFF by default.

Recharge from the Power Station
Return Portable Chargers to the Power Station charging base for optimal charging. A battery icon (?) will appear on the screen to confirm charging.
Balanced Battery Charging Mode
The Portable Charger automatically stops charging at 100%. To ensure optimal battery health, if left unused for an extended period, it self-depletes to 80%. This proactive measure promotes longevity and is normal behavior.
Battery Maintenance
The Portable Charger uses lithium battery cells with a limited number of cycles. Follow these guidelines to maximize battery life:
- Balance the usage of your Portable Chargers; excessive use of one battery can shorten its lifespan.
- Avoid leaving lithium batteries constantly charging without use. If the power station is unused for over a week, turn it off and top up chargers every 3-4 months.
- Adhere to handling and storage guidelines to prevent unnecessary battery depletion.
- Batteries failing due to misuse, abuse, age, or improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
Battery Health Monitoring
The Portable Charger has a dynamic battery health monitoring system. It adjusts recharge and rest times based on battery conditions and environment.
You will receive on-screen notifications for potential overuse or end-of-life:
- Alert: "Battery life is nearing its limit. Please replace your charger soon." (Unit is usable but requires replacement).
- Alert: "Battery has reached its end of life and has deactivated. Please replace the unit." (Unit is deactivated).
Portable Charger Safety & Handling
- Inspect for damage before use. If damaged, stop using and notify your supervisor.
- Designed for indoor use only. Set up on a hard, flat, stable surface with adequate ventilation.
- Do not place or use in high-temperature environments, direct sunlight, or vehicles.
- Avoid dropping, strong shock, puncture, crushing, heat, fire, liquids, moisture, or corrosive chemicals.
- If the unit does not turn on or shows a warning, stop use immediately and inform your supervisor.
- The AC output is potentially lethal; use with care. Do not insert foreign objects into outputs or ventilation holes.
- The Portable Charger is not user serviceable. Do not attempt to replace or modify it yourself.
- Dispose of batteries through an authorized provider or contact support@omnipower.co for assistance.
Warning: Failure to follow safety instructions can result in fire, electrical shock, injuries, or damage. Inappropriate use may cause long-term battery damage and void the warranty.
Notice: This product is meant for use with appropriate devices. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages incurred through the use of this product with unintended devices. You agree to indemnify the manufacturer for any resulting injuries to third parties.
