Welcome to the Omni 30C+ User Manual. This guide will help you understand and utilize all the features of your Omni 30C+ portable charger.
Before Using the Omni 30C+
Battery Calibration
To ensure accurate battery readings, calibrate the battery when you first receive the product and periodically thereafter.
- Fully discharge the OmniCharge until it cannot power on. The screen will display an empty battery icon.
- Fully charge the OmniCharge to 100%. The screen will display a full battery icon.
Note: When not in use, store the OmniCharge at full battery and recharge it at least every 3 months to prevent over-depletion. Failure to do so may cause battery malfunction, which is not covered by warranty.

OLED Screen
The Omni 30C+ features an OLED screen that displays real-time metrics.
Button Functions
Primary Controls
- Power Button: Long press to power On/Off.
- Up Button: Navigates to DC Outlet settings.
- Down Button: Navigates to USB/Wireless settings.
Menu Controls
- Double Press Power Button: Enter the menu.
- Quick Press Power Button: Select an option.
- Up Button: Move up in menus.
- Down Button: Move down in menus.
Charging Capabilities
Wireless Charging
- Max Output: 10W
- Charging Phones: Place your phone on the '+' icon on top of the Omni 30C+ for fast wireless charging. For optimal performance, align your phone horizontally in the center.
- Charging Earbuds: Place compatible wireless charging earbuds on the '□' icon.
- Charging Smartwatches: Place your smartwatch horizontally on the '○' icon. A flashing wireless icon indicates detection.
Note on Wireless Charging Alignment: The optimal charging range may vary based on your device's receiver coil size. Minor alignment deviations can cause charging interruptions. If this occurs, lift your device, wait a few seconds, and reposition it for stable wireless charging.
Ports and Output
- USB-C Ports: Max Output 100W (combined output 100W). Both USB-C ports are always active. Simply plug in your USB-C device. Note: USB-C1 and the DC port share the same power circuit and cannot be used simultaneously.
- USB-A Ports: Quick Charge QC3.0 compatible, Max Output 18W.
- DC Port: Max Output 5A - 100W. This port allows direct DC power output. Ensure you know your device's voltage and amperage requirements and use a compatible cable. Warning: Using the incorrect voltage may damage your device.
Enabling DC Output
To enable DC Output:
- Navigate to 'DC OUT' in the menu.
- Select the desired voltage and amperage preset. You can customize these by long-pressing the power button while selecting a preset.
- A DC icon will appear on the screen once active.
Recharging Your Omni 30C+
- Via USB-C1 Port: Max input of 45W. Connect a USB-C wall charger. If charging doesn't start, try plugging in the charger while the Omni 30C+ is turned off.
- Via Barrel Port: DC Input 5V - 25V, up to 3A (5W - 45W). Use a compatible charger with a 5.5 x 2.5mm connector. Note: USB-C1 and the DC port cannot be used simultaneously for charging.
Recharging Times (Approximate):
- AC Wall Charger: 3-4 hours
- Solar (up to 45W): 3-6 hours
- Car Power Port (12V): 3-6 hours
- Laptop Adapter: 3-4 hours
Pass-Through Charging
The Omni 30C+ supports pass-through charging, allowing you to power devices while the Omni 30C+ itself is being recharged. You can input power via USB-C or the DC port and output to USB-A or wireless charging.
Screen Icons
- USB-C Output: Indicates USB-C output is active.
- Solar Charging: Indicates charging from solar power.
- Adjustable DC Output: Indicates adjustable DC output is active.
- Wireless Charging: Indicates wireless charging is active.
- Low Temperature Protection: Battery temperature is too low; charging circuit is off.
- Overpower Protection: Device is drawing too much power; output is limited or cut off.
- Low Power Protection: Voltage is higher than input and battery is empty; unit will not power until sufficient charge is reached.
Menu Navigation
Access the menu by double-pressing the power button. Use the up/down buttons to navigate and the power button to select.
- DC OUT: Turn on DC output and adjust voltage/amperage.
- USB: Choose whether USB-A ports are On/Off at startup (default: On).
- SCREEN OFF: Set screen auto-off timer (default: 5 min).
- AUTO SHUT DOWN: Set device auto-shutoff timer (default: 5 min).
- TEMPERATURE: Select temperature display unit (°C or °F).
- BUTTON LIGHT: Toggle button lights On/Off (default: On).
- TIME REMAINING: Choose whether to display estimated time remaining.
- LANGUAGE: Select the display language.
- FACTORY RESET: Reset the Omni 30C+ to factory default settings.
- ABOUT: View model name, capacity, firmware version, and serial number.
Safety & Handling
- Use only with appropriate devices. Check device packaging for compatibility. OmniCharge is not responsible for damages to devices incurred through improper use.
- Set up on a hard, flat, stable surface for proper ventilation and to prevent falls.
- Avoid high-temperature environments (direct sunlight, inside hot vehicles, near heaters).
- Do not expose to strong shocks, punctures, fire, liquids, moisture, or corrosive chemicals.
- If the unit does not turn on or displays a warning, stop use and contact support@omnicharge.co.
- The AC output generates household-level AC power; handle with care. Do not insert foreign objects into outputs or vents.
- The Omni 30C+ is not user-serviceable. Do not attempt repairs or modifications, as this can damage the battery and cause hazards.
- Dispose of the device according to local environmental regulations or contact OmniCharge for assistance.
Battery Maintenance
The Omni 30C+ uses lithium battery cells with a limited number of cycles. To maximize battery life:
- Avoid leaving the device constantly charging without use.
- Do not leave the Omni 30C+ unused for extended periods. Recharge at least once every three months.
- Follow handling and storage guidelines to prevent unnecessary battery depletion.
- Batteries depleted due to misuse, abuse, age, or improper maintenance are not covered by warranty.
Battery Health Monitoring
The Omni 30C+ features a dynamic battery health and power monitoring system that adjusts charging and power output based on battery conditions and environment. You will receive on-screen notifications before the device reaches the end of its lifespan.
