Versatility Redefined
Developed for mixed indoor and outdoor use, including in salty environments. It operates comfortably between ambient temperatures of -20 °C to 45 °C.
Innovative Lighting Control
For greater creativity and design freedom, the Rivale Wash features infinite continuous rotation on both pan and tilt axes, providing enhanced creative possibilities in lighting design.
F.O.S.™: Fresnel Optimisation System
A 12-element zoom system equipped with an optically structured Fresnel lens, specially developed for using 4 framing shutter blades, geometric gobos, or an ovalisation beam shaper without the constraints of conventional Fresnel lenses. The F.O.S. system also significantly improves color mixing and can produce 10% more light than conventional Fresnel lenses.
The Rivale Wash is the first ultra-equipped wash luminaire in Ayrton's new "Ultimate" range. Weighing just 30.8 kg, it offers outstanding performance for its category. Its unique visual signature is unmatched in the market. An all-new Fresnel lens with a special optical structure has been developed for use with framing shutters, geometric gobos, or ovalization lenses. Its ability to create extremely subtle atmospheres makes it an outstanding wash light.
Beam Versatility
A subtle progressive diffusion system allows the level of diffusion to be adapted according to the application accessories or optical elements used. If the diffusion created by the Fresnel lens is insufficient, the progressive frost allows for an even softer beam.
Color Precision
The redesigned system uses single laser-engraved dichroic discs for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and CTO colors. These graduated dichroic glass discs cover the entire beam, enhancing the resolution of pastel colors and producing more luminous saturated colors.
The variable CTO flag allows for precise color temperature adjustment from 2900 K to 6500 K. The variable TrueColour filter improves the native CRI to B8, resulting in more realistic colors, warmer tones, and more natural skin tones, significantly enhancing overall color rendition and fidelity.
Multi-functional Effects
The Scrim filter is a new glass gobo on the rotating gobo wheel, designed to filter the brightest part of the beam when creating a wall wash or using the fixture at shallow angles. The gobo is a graduated horizontal filter from 0% to 15% saturation, and the beam shaper is fully rotatable and indexable.
The beam ovalizer is a linear frost filter that transforms a circular beam into an oval shape, ideal for highlighting individuals or creating dynamic lighting effects. It is fully indexable and rotatable, allowing alignment with multiple fixtures to produce a general cover.
