Assembly and Operation
The following steps detail the assembly and operation of the lawn mower:
- Step 1: Oil Check - Ensure the engine oil level is correct. The diagram shows an oil dipstick being checked.
- Step 2: Handlebar Attachment - Attach the handlebar. This involves securing it with screws and washers. The diagram shows screws labeled 4x M6 x 16 and 4x Ø 6,4.
- Step 3: Handlebar Assembly - Further assembly of the handlebar, involving screws labeled 2x M8x45 and 2x Ø 8,4.
- Step 3.1 & 3.2: Cable Routing - Secure cables along the handlebar using provided clips and screws.
- Step 4: Handlebar Final Assembly - Final tightening of handlebar components using screws: 1x M6x30, 1x Ø 6,4, 1x M6.
- Step 5: Grass Catcher Assembly - Assemble the grass catcher. This involves attaching different parts (5a-5f) which click into place. The diagrams show specific connection points and the need to ensure parts are securely fastened with an audible 'click'.
- Step 6: Top Cover Attachment - Secure the top cover using 5x 4x35 screws.
- Step 7: Engine Cover Assembly - Attach the engine cover (a, b, c) using 2x 4x35 screws.
- Step 8 & 8a/8b: V60 Model Assembly - Assemble the V60 model's front section, ensuring parts click into place.
- Step 9 & 9a/9b: V60 Model Further Assembly - Continue assembling the V60 model, with parts clicking into place.
- Step 10: V60 Model Screw Assembly - Secure the V60 model using 2x 4x20 and 2x 3x10 screws, and 2x 4x20 and 2x 3x10 screws.
- Step 11: V70 Model Screw Assembly - Secure the V70 model using 3x10 screws and 2x 4x20 and 2x 3x10 screws.
- Step 12: Lever Operation - Engage the drive lever (a) and the safety lever (b).
- Step 13: Mower Ready for Use - The lawn mower is now assembled and ready for operation.
- Step 14: 'GO' Operation - To move forward, push the mower while engaging the drive lever.
- Step 14a: 'STOP' Operation - To stop, release the drive lever.
- Step 15: Cable Management - Secure cables using the provided clips, following a 1-2x sequence.
Cutting Height Adjustment: The cutting height can be adjusted between 3.0 cm and 8.0 cm, indicated by numbered grass heights from 1 (shortest) to 7 (tallest).
Safety and Maintenance
