Prices are exclusive of 19% VAT.
Promotion until 28.09.2025: 50% discount on the base price for the first 6 months (for Cable 100 tariffs), first 12 months (for Cable 300/500 tariffs), and first 24 months (for Cable 1000 tariffs). Additionally, the one-time setup fee of €49.90 (incl. VAT €59.38) and hardware shipping costs of €8.40 (incl. VAT €9.99) are waived for all mentioned tariffs.
Notes:
1. Bookable with Red Business Internet & Phone Cable 100 and 300, and Red Business Internet Cable 100 and 300. Cancellable in text form with a 4-week notice period.
2. Excludes special call numbers, premium, shared-cost, and VPN services. Call-by-call and preselection are not available.
3. The required end device (FRITZ!Box or Vodafone Station) is provided free of charge for use during the contract period. The WLAN function is activated free of charge. The device must be returned at the end of the contract.
4. Standard device is FRITZ!Box 6690; FRITZ!Box 6591 or Vodafone Station available upon customer request. Using the Vodafone Station only supports 2 parallel telephone lines.
5. Setup fee: €49.90 (incl. VAT €59.38) one-time. Hardware shipping costs: €8.40 (incl. VAT €9.99). Minimum contract duration: 24 months. Cancellation notice: 1 month before end of minimum term. If not cancelled, the contract automatically extends indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month's notice.

¹ A tariff change to a higher-value tariff is possible anytime. A change to lower-priced tariffs is only possible after the minimum contract duration. Each tariff change starts a new 24-month contract period.

¹ The Expert Setup Service is bookable only with an internet access product. Bandwidth Details
The maximum bandwidth depends on the chosen product. The normally available and minimum bandwidth for download and upload is detailed below:

Availability
Vodafone guarantees a minimum availability of 98.5% annually. Vodafone may temporarily interrupt, limit, or discontinue services for public safety, legal requirements, network operation, data protection, or necessary technical work.
Fixed Line Telephone Connection
The connection includes 4 voice channels (2 for Vodafone Station or Red Business Internet & Phone Cable 100). Up to three geographic numbers are provided if no existing number is kept. Number porting for up to ten numbers is possible. The service allows receiving and making calls to public telephone networks. It does not support connections to geographic dial-in services or alternative network operator selection. Features include caller ID display, Fax G3 (9,600 Kbit/s, no parallel use with telephony), 3-way conferencing, call holding, call waiting, call forwarding, connection blocking (except emergency numbers), and blocking of number ranges (e.g., 0900 numbers). Malicious caller identification (Fangschaltung) is available upon proof of compelling reasons.
HomeBox Features
With devices like FRITZ!Box 6690 or 6591, customers can use features such as:
- Operation of up to eight ISDN devices or an ISDN telephone system (FRITZ!Box 6591 only).
- Two voice channels (four for Red Business Internet & Phone Cable 300/500/1000).
- Assignment of up to 10 numbers to devices.
- Internal call forwarding.
- Answering machine with optional email forwarding.
- Fax reception with optional email forwarding.
- Parallel ringing on internal and external phones.
- Blocking of outgoing calls.
- Router with WLAN 11n (up to 800 Mbit/s) or WLAN 6 (up to 2400 Mbit/s).
- USB 3.0 for shared printers and storage.
- Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Base-T), plus 2.5 Gbit/s Ethernet (FRITZ!Box 6690 only).
Internet Access
Vodafone provides internet access via IPv4 and IPv6 (Dualstack). Stable access is ensured for a maximum of 20 parallel devices.
Option: Fixed IP Address
Booking this option assigns a fixed public IPv4 address and reserves an IPv6 prefix.
WLAN Hotspot Flat
Requires a WLAN-enabled device. Speed is up to 8 Mbit/s download and 2 Mbit/s upload per hotspot user. Connection is unsecured; users are responsible for data encryption (e.g., HTTPS, VPN).
Troubleshooting for Business Products
Report issues via the business customer hotline. Vodafone aims to resolve service-disrupting faults within 12 hours (Cable 100) or 8 hours (other products) on weekdays 8 AM-8 PM and Saturdays 8 AM-4 PM, provided the cause is within Vodafone's network. Response times may vary for issues reported outside these hours or requiring civil engineering work.
Mobile Backup
Available for Red Business Internet & Phone Cable tariffs. Requires a separate contract with Vodafone GmbH. Setup is the customer's responsibility unless a technician service is booked. Provides internet connection only via Vodafone devices with a dynamic IPv4 address.
