The BRESSER Quadro Individio is a weather station designed to provide accurate indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, and air pressure readings. It also displays weather trends and time, synchronized via a radio signal.
Important Safety Information
DANGER: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
This device contains electronic components powered by an energy source (mains adapter and/or batteries). Incorrect use can lead to electric shock, causing severe or fatal injuries. Always follow safety instructions:
- Never leave children unsupervised when handling the device.
- Use only the recommended power sources.
- Disconnect the power supply when the device is not in use, during prolonged interruptions, or before maintenance/cleaning.
- Ensure the device can be unplugged at any time; the power outlet should be easily accessible.
- Always pull the plug, not the cable, to disconnect from the mains.
- Before use, check the device, cables, and connections for damage. Do not operate damaged devices.
- Use the device only in a completely dry environment and avoid touching it with wet body parts.

- Do not expose the device to high temperatures.
- Use only the supplied mains adapter or recommended batteries.
- Do not short-circuit the device or batteries, and do not dispose of them in fire. Excessive heat and improper handling can cause short circuits, fires, and explosions.

Improper handling can damage the device and/or accessories. Use the device only according to the safety instructions:
- Do not disassemble the device. Contact your retailer for defects.
- Do not expose the device to high temperatures and protect it from water and high humidity.
- Do not immerse the device in water.
- Do not subject the device to vibrations.
- Use only accessories and spare parts that comply with the technical specifications.
- Always use recommended batteries. Replace weak or empty batteries with a full set of new, fully charged batteries. Do not use batteries of different brands, types, or capacities. Remove batteries if the device will not be used for a long period.
- Do not use rechargeable batteries (accumulators).
INFORMATION: Risk of Voltage Deterioration
The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by incorrectly inserted batteries or the use of an unsuitable mains adapter.

Display Explanation
The weather station display shows various information:
- 1: Weather Situation Symbol (e.g., sunny, cloudy, rainy)
- 2: Date (MM/DD or MM/DD/YY selectable)
- 3: Day of the Week
- 4: Current Time or Alarm Time (HH:MM:SS)
- 5: Alarm Activation Symbol (Alarm 1 or 2)
- 6: Temperature (°C or °F) at the base unit location
- 7: Humidity (%) at the base unit location
- 8: Ambient Temperature (specific to rooms 1-3, displayed in different colors)
- 9: Ambient Humidity (specific to rooms 1-3)
- 10: Display for Room 1
- 11: Display for Room 2
- 12: Display for Room 3
- 13: Room Description (individually adjustable)
- 14: Reception Symbol for Ambient Sensor (specific to 3 sensors)
- 15: Air Pressure (hPa) at the base unit location
- 16: Arrows indicating weather trend

Before First Use
To avoid connection problems, follow these steps:
- Place the base unit (receiver) and sensor (transmitter) as close as possible.
- Install the power supply for the base station and wait for the indoor temperature to be displayed.
- Connect the sensor's power supply.
- Install/operate the base unit and sensor within effective transmission range.
- Ensure the base unit and radio sensor are set to the same channel.
When changing batteries, always remove and reinsert them in the correct order for radio connection. If the device is powered by mains, briefly disconnect it when changing batteries. If only sensor batteries are replaced, the signal may not be received correctly.
Actual range depends on building materials and sensor placement. External influences can reduce range. Try different locations or move the units a few centimeters.
Power Supply
The base unit can be powered by the supplied mains adapter or by batteries.
Base Unit
- Press and hold the locking button on the adapter support. Insert the desired plug adapter into the support and screw it in as far as possible in the "LOCK" direction. Release the button.
- Insert the DC connector into the base unit's connection socket.
- Ensure the adapter is securely fixed before proceeding.
- Insert the mains adapter with the mounted plug into the power outlet. The device powers on.
- Wait for the indoor temperature to be displayed on the base station.
- To replace the adapter, hold the locking button, turn the adapter in the "OPEN" direction, and remove it. Repeat step 1 to attach another adapter.
Battery Operation (Base Unit): The screen enters standby mode when battery-powered and can be reactivated for approx. 15 seconds by pressing the Snooze button.
- Remove the battery compartment cover.
- Insert batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the battery compartment cover.
- Wait for the indoor temperature to be displayed.
Wireless Sensors
- Remove the battery compartment cover.
- Insert batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Move the CH switch to the desired transmission channel (CH1, CH2, or CH3). For a single outdoor sensor, channel 1 is recommended.
- Replace the battery compartment cover.
Time Setting
Automatic Time Setting
Once powered, the clock automatically searches for the radio signal (approx. 3-8 minutes). If received, date and time are set automatically, and the radio signal icon appears. If no signal is received:
- Press and hold the DOWN button for approx. 2 seconds to reactivate radio signal reception.
- If the signal is still not received, the time must be set manually.
Manual Time Setting
- Press and hold the MODE button for approx. 3 seconds to enter time setting mode. The digits to be set will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to change the value.
- Press the MODE button to confirm and move to the next setting.
- Setting sequence: 12/24 hr format > Time Zone > Hours > Minutes > Date (DD/MM or MM/DD/YY) > Month > Day > Day of Week Language > Barometric Unit > Weather Graphic.
- INFORMATION: The selected weather graphic must accurately match the current weather for correct display, even during weather changes.
- Press the MODE button to save settings and exit configuration mode.
Alarm Setting
- Press MODE multiple times to select Alarm 1 (AL 1) or Alarm 2 (AL 2). The display will show the set alarm time.
- Press and hold MODE for approx. 3 seconds to enter the alarm time setting mode for the selected alarm.
- The value to be set will flash.
- Use UP or DOWN buttons to change the value.
- Press MODE to confirm and proceed to the next setting.
- Setting sequence: Hours > Minutes.
- Press MODE to save settings and exit configuration mode.
- To activate an alarm, press MODE to select the desired alarm (AL1 or AL2). Press UP or DOWN until the corresponding alarm icon (bell) is displayed.
- To deactivate an alarm, press UP or DOWN repeatedly until the alarm symbol (bell) is no longer displayed.
Change Room Name
INFORMATION: The room name cannot be changed while the radio signal search is active (the corresponding icon flashes). Wait for the radio signal search to complete before changing the room name.
- Press the ROOM button for the desired wireless sensor. The room name will flash.
- Press the ROOM button repeatedly to select one of the 5 predefined room names. Alternatively, wait about 5 seconds for automatic saving. The screen stops flashing.
- Press the UP button to enter a free text designation. "_" will flash.
- Press UP until the desired input value flashes. Possible inputs: 0-9, A-Z, *, +, -, /, _.
- Press ROOM again to proceed to the next input value and enter it as described in step 4.
- Press ROOM to save the entry. If no input is made within 5 seconds, settings are saved automatically. The screen stops flashing, and the free text entry is saved.
Temperature Unit (°C/°F)
- Base Unit: In normal display mode, press the DOWN button to switch between °C and °F.
- Wireless Sensor: Open the battery compartment cover. Press the °C/°F button to switch between °C and °F. Close the battery compartment.
Weather Trend
The weather station calculates the weather trend for the next 12 hours based on measured values.
Weather Trend Indicators:
- 1: Sunny ☀️
- 2: Partly cloudy ☁️
- 3: Cloudy ☁️☁️
- 4: Rain ?️
- 5: Snow ❄️
MAX/MIN Weather Data
Indoor and outdoor maximum and minimum temperatures, as well as indoor humidity, are stored for 24 hours:
- Press UP multiple times to cycle through the stored values.
- Display sequence: Maximum values (MAX) > Minimum values (MIN) > Current values.
- Press and hold UP for approx. 2 seconds to permanently erase all recorded readings.
INFORMATION: If a value is below the recording range, 'LL.L' is displayed. If it's above, 'HH.H' is displayed.
Screen Brightness Control
- Battery Operation: Touch the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to activate full screen brightness for approx. 15 seconds.
- Mains Operation (DC 5V): Press the Settings/Brightness button multiple times to adjust brightness in 3 levels: Low - Medium - Bright.
INFORMATION: When operating on batteries, screen brightness cannot be adjusted.
Recycling
Dispose of packaging materials according to their type. Information on proper disposal can be obtained from the municipal waste disposal service or environmental agency.
Never dispose of electrical appliances with household waste. Electrical equipment must be collected separately and recycled ecologically.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. They must be returned to points of sale or municipal collection points. Batteries are marked with a crossed-out bin symbol and chemical symbols for pollutants (Cd for cadmium, Hg for mercury, Pb for lead).
