Daikin, with nearly 100 years of experience in climate control solutions, offers extended commercial parts warranties for its Air/Air, Air/Water heat pumps, and thermodynamic water heaters. This program ensures the longevity and reliability of your system, providing a secure and sustainable investment.

Benefit from commercial parts warranties of up to 10 years for Air/Air and Air/Water heat pumps, and 5 years for thermodynamic water heaters. Please refer to the list of eligible product ranges on the last page.

How to Benefit from Your Warranty

Follow these simple steps to ensure your Daikin system is covered:

1. Eligible Products

   Verify if your product is covered by the offer. The list of eligible ranges is available on the last page.

2. Installation Registration

   Your installation must be registered on the standbyme.daikin.fr platform by your installer or yourself.

3. Account Activation

   Activate your account by verifying your personal information and product details. You will then be able to view the commercial parts warranty e-package (up to 5 or 10 years depending on the installed system).

4. Offer Activation

   Select the commercial parts warranty e-package and proceed with the annual payment or a one-time payment.*

5. Confirmation

   Once payment is confirmed, the warranty extension will be effective and visible in your account.

Important Note: Our offer is subject to an annual maintenance contract with your installer or service partner. A copy of the maintenance report may be requested for warranty application.

*If you do not renew your annual payment, standard warranty conditions will apply. The warranty period begins from the date of commissioning. You have 6 months from the commissioning date to register your product and benefit from our offer.

How the Offer Works

1. How to Benefit from Your Advantages

   After subscribing to our offer on standbyme.daikin.fr and wishing to claim the parts warranty, contact the installer or maintenance provider who services your installation. They will assist you in obtaining a diagnosis for the fault.

2. Diagnosis

   Once the diagnosis is complete, the installer will contact Daikin, providing the equipment's serial number. Daikin's teams will then verify the correct part to order with the installer.

3. Verification

   Daikin will verify that your machine is under warranty and that an annual maintenance has been performed on your product. The annual maintenance report can be downloaded on standbyme.daikin.fr by your installer.

4. Logistics

   Daikin will directly send the necessary part to your installer or to your home.

5. Intervention

   Your installer will contact you to schedule an appointment for the intervention.
