Overview
The frame ice bath requires assembly. Ensure you have all parts listed above before starting.
Choosing the Correct Location
Install the bath indoors or outdoors. Choose a position that minimizes noise disturbance.
The surface must be:
- Flat and smooth to avoid unbalanced loading and damage to welding points.
- Clear of any objects that could damage or perforate the bottom liner.
- Clear of aggressive plants and weeds that could grow through the liner.
- Strong enough to support the maximum weight load of the bath, water, and users. Consult a qualified contractor or structural engineer if installing on a suspended floor (e.g., balcony, deck, roof terrace).
- Equipped with a draining system for water spillage, cleaning, or emptying.
Outdoor Installation Considerations:
- Consult local professionals regarding environmental conditions like groundwater and frost.
- Prevent freezing damage to pipes by ensuring a uniform slope and providing drainage valves.
- Protect the bath from prolonged direct sunlight exposure with a cover when not in use.
Indoor Installation Considerations:
- Consult local government for installation regulations.
- Ensure suitable air treatment (ventilation and dehumidification) in the room.
- Do not install on carpet or other porous materials that harbor moisture or bacteria, or that could be affected by water treatment chemicals.
Suggested surfaces: grass, ground, concrete.
Surfaces to avoid: mud, sand, gravel, deck, balcony, driveway, platform, soft/loose soil.
Failure to adhere to these instructions may void the warranty.
Assembly Steps
Assembly can be completed without additional tools. Drawings are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the actual product.
