Mobile App Download

Search for 'Neye3c' in the Google Playstore or App Store. Alternatively, scan the provided QR code for app download.

IP Camera Installation Cautions

• Check the power supply voltage before installation.
• Format the TF card when using this product for the first time.
• Ensure the SSID and password consist only of English letters and numbers.
• This product does not support 5G signal; please connect to a 2.4G signal for configuration.
• Keep the camera close to the router during configuration.

Hotspot Connection (Android)

Installation Guide:

1. Power on the camera and ensure the indicator light is on.
2. After system startup, you should hear a voice prompt "Entering the AP configuration, please configure WiFi".
3. Connect to the 'WiFi CAM' hotspot in your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
4. Open the 'Neye3c' app and select 'Hotspot Connection'.
5. Confirm the device and mobile status.
6. Fill in your Wi-Fi information and confirm.
7. Wait for the Wi-Fi connection to complete.
8. Click 'Save' and then 'Live preview'.

Note: If there is no voice prompt, long press the 'Reset' button until voice prompts are heard.

Hotspot Connection (iOS)

Installation Guide:

1. Power on the camera and ensure the indicator light is on.
2. After system startup, you should hear a voice prompt "Entering the AP configuration, please configure WiFi".
3. Click 'Hotspot Connection' in the app.
4. Fill in the Wi-Fi information.
5. Follow the prompts to go to your phone's 'Settings' and connect to the 'WiFiCAM' hotspot.
6. Return to the app and click 'Configure'.
7. Wait for the phone and camera to connect to Wi-Fi, then click 'Save'.
8. Live preview will be available.

Note: If there is no voice prompt, long press the 'Reset' button until voice prompts are heard.

Smart Add

Installation Guide:

1. Power on the camera and ensure the indicator light is on.
2. After system startup, you should hear a voice prompt 'Entering the AP configuration, please configure Wi-Fi'.
3. Click 'Smart Add' in the app.
4. Confirm device and mobile status.
5. Enter Wi-Fi information and confirm.
6. Wait for Wi-Fi configuration to complete.
7. Click 'Save' and then 'Live preview'.

Note: If there is no voice prompt, long press the 'reset' button until voice prompts are heard.

App Receiving Alarm

Introduction: Your mobile device will receive an alarm message when the camera detects an event. Tapping the notification allows immediate live video playback.

1. Set the app to receive alarms in the alarm settings (Figure 1).
2. When the device triggers an alarm, your mobile device receives the notification (Figure 2).
3. Tap the 'answer' button to enter the live preview.

Early Warning

Introduction: If a person enters the monitoring area, the camera uses humanoid detection to trigger a voice warning and white light output to external alarm devices, and sends a notification to the app.

• PIR Infrared: Enable PIR human body detection.
• Motion Detection: Enable motion detection.
• Sensitivity: Adjust motion detection sensitivity to filter alerts based on human form, reducing false positives.

Note: Configure alarm settings by clicking the 'setting' icon.

Cloud Storage

Introduction: After activating cloud storage, cloud recording can be performed. You can check cloud recording data and renew your storage plan.

1. Click 'cloud service' on the preview interface.
2. Select the date and time to view recordings.
3. You can also check and renew the cloud storage plan on this page.

The color in the progress bar indicates recording status: Green for Planned recording, Orange for Alarm recording, White for No recording.

Note: Please enable the camera warning function to use alarm cloud storage.

Playback

Introduction: Remotely check recording data stored on the SD card.

1. Click 'playback' on the preview interface.
2. Select the date and time to view recordings.

The color in the progress bar indicates recording status: Green for Planned recording, Orange for Alarm recording, White for No recording.

Add the device to the second phone

1. Click on the device ID.
2. Check the device ID.
3. Click 'Get Share Device'.
4. Click 'Add Manually'.
5. Click 'Add Device By Gid'.
6. Enter Gid.
7. Add successfully.

Add the device to Windows PC/Laptops

SW installation guide in (Windows PC):

1. Download and install the SW on your PC or laptop.
2. Double-click the 'CMS2000' shortcut on your screen after installation.
3. Go to system settings.
4. Go to monitor manager.
5. Click P2P.
6. Click Add.
7. Input Device Name (same as UID no).
8. Input device channel as '1'.
9. Input UID no (same as ID no of your phone).
10. Input password (Default password is 12345678).
11. Click 'save' to save the details.
12. Close the window.
13. Double-click on the Device Name as marked.
14. Check the connection status; it should show 'connected'.
15. Double-click the CH-1.
16. The connection will succeed.
17. After successful connection, double-click the video to enter full screen.
