Installation Steps
1. Remove Old Toilet
- Turn off the water supply.
- Flush the toilet to empty the tank. Remove any remaining water from the tank or bowl.
- Disconnect the supply line from the tank.
- Remove decorative caps. Unscrew nuts that attach the toilet to the floor.
- Remove the old toilet.
- Ensure the water supply valve is shut off before installation.
- Remove old closet bolts from the closet flange. Clean any old wax, putty, etc., from the base area.
Important Note Regarding Water Supply:
Before installation, ensure that the shut-off valve is located at least 7 1/2 inches from the center of the drain to the center of the shut-off valve on either side.
NOTE: This is a true 12" rough-in toilet (measured from the finished wall to the center of the drain, no less than 12"). Baseboard thickness may reduce the effective rough-in dimension.

2. Install Toilet Floor Bolts
Install floor bolts into the flange channel, turn them 90 degrees, and slide them into place, ensuring they are parallel to the wall and approximately 6 inches apart.
Note 1: Ensure the top surface of the drain flange is flush to the finished floor, or does not exceed 1/2" (1.27 cm) above the finished floor. If it exceeds this, consult with a plumbing professional.
Note 2: Toilet flange is not included.

3. Install Wax Ring
Invert the toilet on the floor (use cushioning to prevent damage). Install the wax ring evenly around the waste flange, with the tapered end of the ring facing the toilet.
[Diagram Description: A toilet bowl is shown inverted on the floor. A wax ring is being placed onto the toilet's waste flange.]
4. Position Toilet on Flange
Lower the toilet onto the closet bolts, ensuring the bolts project through the mounting holes in the base of the toilet.
Rock the bowl completely downward onto the wax ring and flange. Apply weight evenly until the toilet is flush to the floor.
Do not move the toilet after placement, as this may break the watertight seal.
Install the washer and nut in sequence onto the bolts. Alternately tighten the nuts until the toilet is firmly sealed to the floor.
Install the decorative cap.

5. Install Toilet Tank
Place the tank-to-bowl gasket over the tank nut, ensuring there are no gaps between the gasket and the tank.
Insert the two tank bolts into the tank mounting holes. Pick up the tank and connect it, guiding the bolts to align the tank with the bowl.
Tighten the nuts alternately to make them stable on the toilet bowl.
[Diagram Description: A diagram shows the tank-to-bowl gasket being placed on the tank. Another diagram shows the tank bolts being inserted into the tank. A third diagram illustrates attaching the tank to the bowl and tightening the nuts.]
6. Install Toilet Seat
Take out the seat cover and hinge parts from the packing bag. Check that all parts are included.
Assemble the plastic bolt and rubber washer to the hinge. Place the seat cover with the hinge onto the toilet seat. Insert the bolts into the toilet seat holes. Adjust the seat cover to match the toilet seat.
Install the rubber stopper and plastic washer to the bolt and tighten the nut. Then, put the hinge cover on to complete the installation.

2. Steps: Preparation & Installation
- Preparation: Clean the tank and pipe if they are old.
- Installation:
- Identify components: Inlet triangle washer, inlet plastic washer, inlet nut, converting adapter, rod, adjustment rod, clip, inside float, outer float, main body, base, M5 nut, sealing washer, lock block.
- Fill Valve Installation: Take off the adapter, inlet nut, and inlet plastic washer. Insert the fill valve into the inlet hole from inside the tank. Re-assemble the plastic washer and inlet nut. Adjust the fill valve properly and tighten the inlet nut. Twist the adapter tightly.
- Water Lever Adjustment: Take out the clip and adjust the outer float to the proper position. Reinsert the clip. Twist the adjustment rod to make the rod vertical naturally.
- Flush Valve Installation: Twist the main body out of the base. Screw the nut out of threads and take out washers. Put the base into the tank hole from the inside and adjust to the right position. Screw the nut and seal washer into the threads, ensuring the seal on the tank hole is tight.
- Connecting Components: Twist 3 lock blocks to the end of M5 nuts respectively. Insert the base to the outlet hole from inside the tank and adjust properly. Tighten the lock blocks with a screwdriver to ensure the sealing washer fully matches the outlet hole.
3. Flush Volume Adjustment
- Place the flush valve into the base and insert the refilling pipe into the groove.
- Adjustment Method:
- Adjust both full and half floats to the bottom position. Ensure openings are fully open for both full and half micro-adjustable sliders.
- Full Flush Volume Adjustment: Fill the water tank. Press the full flush push button. Raise the full float to decrease full flush volume (higher float = smaller volume), or lower it to increase volume.
- Half Flush Volume Adjustment: Fill the water tank. Press the half flush push button. Raise the half float to decrease half flush volume (higher float = smaller volume), or lower it to increase volume.
[Diagram Description: Diagrams illustrate the process of adjusting the fill valve floats and the flush volume using the adjustment rods and floats for both full and half flush.]
4. Troubleshooting
Flush Valve Issues:
No. | Abnormal Issue | Possible Reason | Method |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Outlet hole leaks | Flush valve is not positioned properly | Tighten the lock blocks |
2 | Flush valve leaks | Bottom surface of base is scratched or sealing washer is deformed | Replace base or sealing washer |
3 | Flush volume too large/small | Improper setting of half flush float and full micro-adjustable slider | Reset the position of half flush float and full micro-adjustable slider |
4 | Flush no water or little water | Push rod is too short | Adjust the length of push rod |
Fill Valve Issues:
No. | Abnormal Issue | Possible Reason | Method |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Valve does not fill the tank | Supply line jammed or float is held up in water stopping position | Clean debris in supply line; Adjust the rod into naturally vertical position by twisting the adjustment rod. |
2 | Tank fills too much or only partially | Improper position of float | Take off the clip and adjustment rod, reset the outer float into proper position, then refix the clip and adjustment rod. |
3 | Inlet hole leaks | Inlet nut is loose or the ceramic hole is deformed | Tighten the inlet nut or repair the ceramic toilet. |
4 | Water level is too low/high | Debris or dirt on one-way valve | Bring out the one-way valve, clean the debris or dirt. |
5 | Time to fill the tank is too long/short | The pressure of supply line is too low/high | Adjust the pressure of supply line. |
6 | Refill tube sticks with other parts | The position of fill valve is not proper | Re-position Fill valve. |
