The Eve Thermo Control is a smart device designed for temperature management in homes.
Direct Access to Product Data
Eve Thermo Control stores data internally and does not require an account or cloud registration. Product data, including outer temperature, aimed temperature, and humidity, can be accessed and viewed via the Eve app on Apple or Android devices. Data can also be exported in Excel format.
- Data Storage: Internal storage of 64KB.
- Data Generation: Sensor data is generated every 5 minutes or upon event occurrence.
- Data Retention: Product data is stored internally for approximately 15 days. The Eve app allows saving data for longer periods.
Users can reset the device via the Eve App to delete product data.
Indirect Access to Product Data
Product data may be transferred to third parties via compatible Matter ecosystems such as Apple Home, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, or Amazon Alexa. In these cases, data format is raw, and collection frequency, storage, and retention depend on the specific ecosystem.
