UFit Smartwatch Operating Instructions
Please read these instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place.
1. Binding the Watch
1.1 Download and Install the App
You can set up the watch using the VeryFitPro app for iOS or Android devices. The hardware platform of your mobile system must meet the following requirements:
- iOS 8.0 version or above
- Android 4.4 system or above
Correct Operation: To pair the watch, scan the provided QR code or search for and download the 'VeryFitPro' app from your mobile device's app store.
Wrong Operation: Do not pair the watch directly through your phone's Bluetooth settings.
1.2 Bind Process
Ensure Bluetooth and GPS are enabled on your mobile phone.
On the VeryFitPro app's home page, pull down the list to find the binding request.
Select the product model: UFit.
Click "Ok" to confirm and complete the binding process.
Note: During the binding process, the app may request permission to access your phone's GPS and Bluetooth. For iPhones, ensure Bluetooth pairing with the UFit watch is completed within the phone's Bluetooth settings after initial app binding.
2. Synchronous Data
In daily wear, the watch detects various data. Users must connect the watch to the app via Bluetooth before synchronizing. To synchronize data, open the mobile app, swipe down the page, and a sync prompt will appear.
Important: Synchronize data at least once every 7 days to prevent data loss.
3. Instructions for Use
3.1 Charging
Connect and charge the watch as shown in the diagram. Charging is required to activate the watch upon first use.
3.2 Wearing and Installation
Wearing: Wear the device about one finger's width away from the wrist bone. Adjust the strap for a comfortable fit. Wearing it too loosely may affect heart rate accuracy.
Replacing the Strap: Flip the switch and detach the current wristband.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Key Function Definition
Short press the right key: Return to the previous interface.
4.2 Watch Dial Switch
To change the watch face, long-press the current dial to access the dial selection interface.
4.3 Main Interface Operation
Swipe the screen with your finger to navigate between different interfaces. The display shows a tile diagram for interactive interfaces.

5. Function Introduction
5.1 Icon Function Introduction
- Sports: Access the sports window to select different sports modes. Sports modes can also be changed via the VeryFitPro app.
- Heart Rate Test: Perform a test to view your daily heart rate data.
- Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Measurement: Suitable for measuring blood oxygen levels.
- Blood Pressure Measurement: Suitable for measuring diastolic/systolic blood pressure. Note: Blood pressure measurements are for reference only and not intended for medical use.
- Breathing Regulation: Helps you regulate breathing and relax.
- Alarm Clock: View, turn off, or turn on alarms. Alarms must be added via the mobile app.
- Music Control: Control music playback on your mobile phone. The watch itself cannot store music.
- Timer & Countdown: Features timing and countdown functions.
- Sports Records: View records of recent sports activities.
Note: For additional functions, such as sleep tracking, and detailed operations, please refer to the VeryFitPro app.
6. Starting and Ending Sports
6.1 Start Sports
To start a sport: Tap the sports icon, select the desired sport type, and the countdown will begin automatically.
6.2 During Sports
- Pause: Short press the right key.
- Resume: Short press the right key.
6.3 End Sports
To end a sport: Long press the right key, then select the 'End' button on the screen.
7. Women's Health Tracking
Location: Data bar.
This function records menstrual changes, tracks individual menstrual cycles, and predicts ovulation. It must be enabled in the VeryFitPro app.

9. Cleaning and Maintenance
It is recommended to wear and maintain the watch according to these points:
- Keep the product clean.
- Keep the product dry.
- Do not wear it too tight.
Do not use household cleaners. Use soap-free detergent. For stubborn stains, use alcohol for cleaning.
10. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
10.1 Mobile APP Search for Watch Failed
- Update VeryFitPro to the latest version.
- Close all programs, restart Bluetooth, and then try connecting again.
- Confirm your mobile phone system meets Android 4.4 or iOS 8.0 or above.
10.2 No Alerts, Text Messages, or Phone Calls Received
- Ensure the smart reminder and call reminder functions are enabled in the app and synchronized to the watch.
- For iPhones, the watch must be paired via Bluetooth in the phone's settings. Refer to the "Synchronous Data" section for details.
- Maintain an active Bluetooth connection between the watch and your phone.
10.3 Bluetooth Disconnects Frequently
- Ensure the distance between the watch and the mobile phone is within 7 meters, as Bluetooth connection strength weakens significantly beyond this range.
- Check for potential interference from objects between the watch and phone, the human body, or wearing metal jewelry.
- Verify that the mobile phone's Bluetooth function is operating normally.
10.4 Data Backup
Synchronize watch data to the mobile phone at least once every 7 days. The watch stores data for the last 7 days.
10.5 How to Restart
To restart: Navigate to Watch > Settings > Shutdown, then use the right key to restart.
10.6 Bluetooth Usage While Wearing the Watch
- For step counting, sleep tracking, and alarm clock functions, continuous Bluetooth connection is not required. You can sync data after exercise by connecting the watch and phone.
- For call alerts, message alerts, and 'find my phone' features, Bluetooth must be enabled on the mobile phone and maintained in connection with the watch.

11. Safety and Product Information
11.1 Warnings
Battery Warning
Do not disassemble, puncture, or damage the battery. Do not attempt to remove the built-in battery of non-replaceable battery devices. Do not use sharp objects to remove the battery.
Health Warning
- If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices, consult your doctor before using the heart rate monitoring strap.
- The watch's optical heart rate sensor emits green light and flashes. If you have epilepsy or are sensitive to blinking lights, consult your physician before using this product.
- This device tracks daily activities via sensors. The data (steps, sleep, distance, heart rate, calories) is intended for informational purposes and may not be completely accurate.
- The device, accessories, and sensors are designed for fitness and entertainment, not for medical diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, or prevention of diseases. Heart rate data is for reference only. The manufacturer is not responsible for consequences arising from data deviations.
Cycling Warning
Always exercise good judgment and ride safely. Ensure your bicycle and equipment are properly maintained, and all components are correctly installed.
12. Matters Needing Attention
- Watch data must be synchronized at least once every 7 days to prevent data loss.
- The watch is not waterproof against seawater, acidic/alkaline solutions, chemical reagents, or other corrosive liquids.
- Damage or defects caused by misuse or improper use are not covered by the warranty.
- Sports mode supports up to 6 hours of continuous exercise.
- Avoid wearing the watch too tightly during daily use.
- Keep the parts of the watch that touch the skin dry.
- When measuring heart rate, keep your arm still during the test.
- This device complies with the EU ROHS standard (Reference: IEC 62321, EU ROHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendments).
13. FCC Compliance
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. 14. Disposal Information
CAUTION: RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Old electrical appliances must not be disposed of with residual waste but must be disposed of separately. Disposal at communal collecting points is free for private individuals. The owner of old appliances is responsible for bringing them to these or similar collection points. This effort helps recycle valuable raw materials and treat toxic substances.
