Getting Started
1. Download and Install App
To set up your Uwatch3 GPS smartwatch, you need to download and install the VeryFitPro app. This app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
Correct Operation: Scan the QR code provided in the manual or search for "VeryFitPro" in your mobile device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and download the application. Then, pair your watch with the app.
Incorrect Operation: Do not attempt to pair the watch directly via your phone's Bluetooth settings without using the app.
System Requirements: Ensure your mobile device meets the following requirements: iOS 8.0 or above, or Android 4.4 or above.
2. Binding Process
To connect your watch to your phone:
- Turn on Bluetooth and GPS on your mobile phone.
- Open the VeryFitPro app. On the home page, scroll down to find the binding request.
- Select the product model: Uwatch3 GPS.
- Click "Confirm Binding" (or similar) to complete the pairing process.
Note: During the binding process, the VeryFitPro app will prompt you to enable GPS and Bluetooth and request authorization to access your phone's GPS data. For iPhones, after initial binding, you may need to ensure the watch is connected via Bluetooth within your phone's Bluetooth settings to receive all notifications.
Synchronous Data
Your watch collects various data during daily wear. To ensure this data is saved and accessible, you must connect the watch to the VeryFitPro app via Bluetooth for synchronization. It is recommended to synchronize your data at least once every 7 days to prevent data loss, as the watch primarily stores data for the last 7 days.
Synchronization Steps: Open the VeryFitPro app, swipe down on the main page to trigger the sync prompt, and wait for the process to complete.
Instruction for Use
1. Charging
Connect the watch to the charger as shown in the diagram. The watch needs to be charged to activate it upon first use.
2. Wearing and Installation
Wearing: Wear the device about one finger's distance from your wrist bone. Adjust the tightness of the wristband for a comfortable fit. Wearing the watch too loosely may affect the accuracy of heart rate data.
Replacing the Strap: Flip the switch mechanism on the watch band and take out the wristband.

1. Key Function Definition
Right Key: A short press of the right key typically returns you to the previous interface.
2. Watch Dial Switch
To change the watch face (dial), press and hold the current dial. This action will bring up the interface for selecting a new watch face.
3. Main Interface Operation
Swipe your finger across the screen to navigate between different interfaces and screens. The main interface typically includes:
- Notification Bar: Displays incoming alerts and messages.
- Data Bar: Shows key metrics like steps, heart rate, etc.

1. Icon Function Introduction
- Heart Rate Monitoring: Perform a heart rate test to check your daily heart rate data.
- Alarm Clock: You can view, turn off, or turn on the alarm. Adding or setting alarms requires using the mobile app.
- Timer and Countdown: The watch includes timing and countdown functions.
- Breathing Exercise: Helps you regulate your breathing and relax.
- Music Control: Control music playback on your connected smartphone. Note: The watch itself cannot store music.
- Record Recent Sports: Log your recent sports activities.
- Sports Modes: Access the sports window to select from various sports modes. You can change or customize these modes within the VeryFitPro app.
- Weather: Displays local weather information. This feature requires an active connection to your phone, which in turn needs an internet connection, to update weather data.

2. Starting Sports
Entering a Sport: Tap the sports icon, select the desired sport type, and the watch will automatically enter a countdown before starting the activity.
During Sports:
- Pause: Short press the right key.
- Restore: Short press the right key.
Ending Sports: Long press the right key and select the "End" button displayed on the screen.
Starting Outdoor Sports (e.g., Running): When outdoor sports are selected, the watch will automatically search for a GPS signal. You can tap a "Skip" icon to bypass GPS positioning if needed, though this may prevent the display of your motion trail. After successful positioning or skipping, a countdown will begin, followed by the start of the activity.
3. Women's Health Tracking
This function is used for recording menstrual changes, tracking individual menstrual cycles, and predicting ovulation. These features need to be enabled within the VeryFitPro app.

3. Bluetooth Connection Frequently Disconnects
- Check the distance between the watch and phone. Bluetooth connection quality significantly weakens beyond 7 meters.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the watch and phone, such as the human body or metal jewelry, which can interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
- Verify that the mobile phone's Bluetooth function is operating normally.
4. Data Backup Issues
Synchronize your watch data to your mobile phone at least once every 7 days. The watch only retains the last 7 days of data locally.
5. How to Restart
To shut down the watch: Navigate to Watch > Settings > Shutdown. To restart, use the right-key.
6. Is Bluetooth Always Required?
- For functions like step counting, sleep tracking, and alarms, a constant Bluetooth connection is not necessary.
- If you only need the watch for sports tracking, you can connect it to your phone after exercising to view data synchronously.
- For features like call alerts, message alerts, and finding your phone, you must have your phone's Bluetooth enabled and maintain the connection with the phone.

Health Warning
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices, consult your doctor before using the heart rate monitoring strap. The watch's optical heart rate sensor emits a green light and flashes. If you have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing lights, consult your physician before using this product.

Do not disassemble, puncture, or damage the battery. Do not attempt to remove the built-in battery of non-replaceable battery devices. Do not use sharp objects to remove the battery.
