By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The promoter of this promotion on Currys' social media channels is Currys Group Limited, located at 1 Portal Way, Acton, London, W3 6RS.
2. This promotion is open to all Great Britain residents (excluding Northern Ireland and Isle of Man) aged over 18 years. Employees of Currys Group Limited, their families, agents (including affiliates), suppliers, and anyone connected to this promotion are excluded. Multiple entries are permitted.
3. Entry into this promotion does not require a purchase. Participants must complete the following entry route:

• Follow @Currys and @CurrysHealthandBeauty on Instagram.
• Reply to the competition post, tagging 3 friends.
4. The promotion commences on 25/07/2025 at 9:00 AM and concludes on 28/07/2025 at 11:59 PM.
5. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
6. There will be one winner selected for this promotion.
7. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The single winner will receive a Shark FlexStyle 4-in-1 Air Styler and Hair Dryer (product code: 597911).
9. The winner will be notified via private message on Instagram within 5 working days of the competition closing. If the promoter does not receive confirmation of acceptance within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
10. Should the winner not reply to the private message within 48 hours for any reason, the promoter will select an alternative winner.
11. If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value and/or specification. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
12. The Promoter's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion.
13. Please allow up to 60 days for prize delivery.
14. Upon request, the winner's initials and county will be made available by sending a request to the Promoter via direct message. Such requests should only be sent 28 days after the draw. If you object to your initials, county, or winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter, Currys Group Limited, via their contact page: Currys Contact Us. In such cases, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
15. If you are selected as the winner, you may be asked for consent to participate in publicity related to the prize draw. Participation is entirely optional. The Promoter will only use the winner's details with their express permission. The Promoter reserves the right to use non-identifiable details for advertising and promotional purposes in all media without further notice or payment to the winners.
16. The Promoter will comply with all applicable data protection legislation when collecting and processing data. Personal details supplied will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
