I. Presentation

Cdiscount, a public limited company with a capital of €6,642,912.78, registered with the RCS of Bordeaux under number 424 059 822, with its registered office at 120-126 Quai de Bacalan, 33000 Bordeaux, and registered with ATOUT France under number IM033190006, offers a promotion on its PC and mobile website, accessible via www.cdiscount.com and its associated Android and iOS applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). This offer is titled "-€100 with the code MERCIDEALABS" (hereinafter the "Offer").

II. Description of the Offer

1. Cdiscount offers an immediate discount of one hundred euros (€100) on purchases made with the code MERCIDEALABS for any purchase of one or more eligible products sold on the Cdiscount Site.
2. To benefit from the immediate discount, simply create a cart with eligible product(s) and enter the code MERCIDEALABS on the payment page.

III. Offer Validity Period

1. The Offer is valid from 25/06/2025 at 08:00 AM and as long as the offer remains visible on the site.
2. Cdiscount reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel, shorten, or extend this Offer. Cdiscount shall not be held liable in this regard.

IV. Eligibility Conditions

The Offer is reserved for any adult individual, regardless of nationality, acting in a personal capacity as a consumer with Cdiscount, residing and having a postal address in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or Luxembourg, as well as a valid email address.

V. Offer Conditions

1. All payment methods presented on the Site are accepted, except:
   • Payment via the "Pay in installments" credit solution offered by Cdiscount in partnership with Floa Bank.
   • Payment in whole or in part by gift vouchers.
2. To take advantage of the Offer, simply create a cart with one or more eligible Product(s). Once your cart is complete, click on "Proceed to checkout", choose your delivery method, and then enter the "code" found on the homepage of the Site in the designated field, shown below.

VI. Conditions of Use for the Immediate Discount Voucher

1. The immediate discount voucher will be definitively acquired subject to the full payment of the eligible order.
2. The immediate discount voucher cannot be combined with any other discount voucher from the Offer, any other promotion from a commercial operation in progress on the Site, any other refund offer, and/or promotional code (e.g., "cdav vip code") currently active on the Site, excluding refund offers proposed by partner brands.

VII. Exclusion of the Offer

1. Any person attempting to falsify the proper conduct of the Offer, by any means whatsoever, particularly to benefit from the Offer multiple times (creation of multiple customer accounts, fake customer accounts, etc.), will immediately forfeit the benefit of the Offer. Cdiscount also reserves the right to prosecute anyone who has defrauded or attempted to do so.
2. Any repeated or non-repeated action by the customer intended to unfairly benefit from the Offer, such as partial order cancellations, will be considered fraudulent. In this regard, Cdiscount reserves the right not to validate the order, to suspend its execution, or to suspend or close the customer account in accordance with the Cdiscount General Terms and Conditions of Sale, causing the customer to permanently lose the benefit of the Offer.
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CDISCOUNT reserves the right to take any recovery action against the customer who has benefited unfairly and/or through fraudulent means from the Offer, in order to recover sums unduly received on the basis of Article 1302-1 of the Civil Code.
