Installation Steps
- Preparation: Ensure the installation environment is between +10°C and +40°C.
- Grille Preparation: Apply adhesive pads (F) to the back of the honeycomb grille insert (B).
- Emblem Attachment: Attach the Toyota Motorsport emblem (E) to the front grille (A).
- Initial Grille Placement: Position the front grille (A) onto the vehicle's front bumper, aligning attachment points.
- Securing the Grille: Use the provided clips (C and D) to secure the grille in place. Refer to the diagrams for specific clip locations.
- Removing Original Grille: Carefully remove the original front grille. This may involve releasing clips or screws.
- Installing New Grille: Attach the new front grille assembly to the vehicle.
- Fastening: Secure the new grille using the provided screws (G) and clips (C and D). Ensure all fasteners are tightened appropriately.
- Final Check: Verify that the grille is securely attached and all parts are correctly installed.
- Curing Time: Allow 24 hours for any adhesives or sealants to cure. Avoid driving at speeds over 100 km/h during this period.
