How to Install the Lock
1. Measure the Door Size
Ensure door thickness is 1.49-1.88 inches, door hole diameter is 2-1/8 inches, and backset size is 2-3/8 inches or 2-3/4 inches.

2. Adjust the Length of the Deadbolt
Adjust the deadbolt to 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" based on your door backset size.

3. Install Deadbolt
Fix the deadbolt with 2 deadbolt screws, ensuring the deadbolt is in the retracted status and the word "UP" is facing upwards.

4. Install Exterior Lock
Route the IC cable below the deadbolt. The spindle must be in the 'vertical' status. Do not insert the key during installation.

5. Fix the Mounting Plate
a. Route the cable through the hole in the mounting plate, ensuring the word 'Cable Hole' faces outside.
b. Fix the plate with 2 mounting plate screws.

6. Install the Interior Lock
a. Connect the IC cable tightly.
b. Rotate the door knob to the vertical position and insert the spindle. Do not load batteries until the lock is completely installed.

7. Fix Interior Lock
a. Secure the lock with 3 interior lock screws.
b. Test the lock by rotating the door knob to ensure the deadbolt extends and retracts smoothly.

8. Install Batteries
Install 4 AA batteries in the unlock status. Keep the door open to avoid being locked out.

Detect Left/Right Hand Door
Set the left/right hand door orientation on the keypad.

To determine your door direction, stand outside your door facing the keypad and locate the door hinge.

NOTE: The default administrator passcode is 123456.
How to Reset the Lock
Reset Method 1 (Recommended)
- Take out one battery and wait for 5 seconds.
- Replace the battery.
- Long press the reset button for 10 seconds while the keypad is lighting up.
- After hearing "Please input the initialization password", enter
000#
. - After hearing "Administrator deleted successfully", the reset is complete.
NOTE: If Method 1 does not work, please try Method 2 or contact customer service for assistance.

Reset Method 2
- Uninstall the lock by removing the battery cover and the two screws inside the battery case.
- Ensure the IC wire is connected and reinstall the batteries.
- Hold the reset button for 5 seconds. You will hear the sound "Input initialization passcode" from the lock.
- Input
000#
on the keypad after the sound. You will hear "Administrator deleted successfully", indicating a successful reset.

How to Use
Unlock the Door from Outside

Rotate the turn piece to the unlock position.

Lock the Door from Outside
- Hold "#" on the keypad for 2 seconds.
- In auto-lock mode, the bolt will extend automatically.
- Lock with physical keys.

Detail Setting
1. Passcode Setting
Input [*#]
on the keypad, then input the administrator passcode to access the voice navigation menu. Press [1]
to manage passcodes. From there:

to delete a passcode.
2. Add a New Passcode
Input [*#]
on the keypad, then input the administrator passcode to access the voice navigation menu. Listen to the voice prompt and input [1]
to manage passcodes, then press [1]
to add a passcode. Please set a 4 to 9 digits passcode and press the hash key (#) to confirm. Input the passcode again to confirm. The passcode will be added successfully.
3. Change Old Passcode
Input [*#]
on the keypad and enter the administrator passcode to access the voice navigation menu. Listen to the voice prompt and input [1]
to manage passcodes, then press [2]
to edit passcodes. Input the original passcode and press the hash key (#) to confirm. Input a new 4 to 9 digits passcode and press the hash key (#) to confirm. Input the new codes again and press the hash key (#) to confirm. Operation will be successful.
4. Change the Administrator Passcode
Input [*#]
and your administrator passcode to access the voice navigation menu. Listen to the voice prompt and input [1]
to manage passcodes, then press [3]
to edit the administrator passcode. Input a new 4 to 9 digits administrator passcode and press the hash key (#) to confirm. Input your new passcode again and press the hash key (#) to confirm. The administrator passcode change will be successful.
5. Delete Passcode
Input [*#]
and your administrator passcode to access the voice navigation menu. Listen to the voice prompt and input [1]
to manage passcodes, then press [4]
to delete passcodes. Input the passcode to be deleted and press the hash key (#) to confirm, or enter [00]
and the hash key (#) to delete all passcodes. Please input again and press the hash key (#) to confirm. Operation will be successful.
6. Card Setting
Input [*#]
and your administrator passcode to access the voice navigation menu. Press [2]
to access the card management menu. Press [1]
to add a card, or press [2]
to delete a card.
7. Add Card
Input [*#]
and your administrator passcode to access the voice navigation menu. Listen to the voice prompt and input [2]
to access the card management menu. Press [1]
to add a card. Hold the card close to the door lock and swipe your card. The card will be added successfully.
8. Delete the Card
Input [*#]
and your administrator passcode to access the voice navigation menu. Listen to the voice prompt and input [2]
to access the card management menu. Press [2]
to delete a card. Swipe your card, or enter 00
and the hash key (#) to delete all cards. Take out the entry card close to the door lock. The card will be deleted successfully.
9. Normally Open Mode
After successful electronic lock opening, enter 123#
before automatic lock closing to enable normally open mode. To remove this mode, perform the electronic lock opening/closing sequence again.
10. Password Error Protection
If the password or IC card fails authentication five consecutive times, the system will lock up for two minutes. After a power failure of more than 3 seconds, the system can be unlocked by powering it on again.
11. Low Battery Alert
When the battery voltage is low (below 4.8V), the keyboard will wake up, or the system will prompt you to replace the battery. The keyboard will blink for 1 second.
12. Power Calibration
After replacing the batteries, enter *59#
administrator password #1#
on the keyboard.
Troubleshooting

What should I do if the wrong code was entered? | If wrong codes are entered over 5 times, the keypad will be temporarily locked out for 2 minutes. |
How to lock/unlock via keypad? | Long press "#" and hold for 2 seconds to lock the door. Enter the passcode and press "#" to unlock the door. |
What is the initial code while resetting? | The initial code is "000". Enter "000" and press "#" on the keypad to reset successfully. |
Can I use one IC card to match different door locks? | Yes, you can use one IC Card to match different door locks. |
Lock could not turn, doesn't work, what should I do? | 1. Please check if the door knob shows vertical when unlocked and horizontal when locked. If not, uninstall the lock and adjust the spindle to vertical during installation. 2. Please check your door direction and adjust based on the door hinge. Face the keypad and find the door hinge. - If your door hinge is on the left side, input *46# on keypad → Default Administrator Password 123456 → 1# (L).- If your door hinge is on the right side, input *46# on keypad → Default Administrator Password 123456 → 2# (R). |
