The "Logitech G435 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset Update Tool" window displays a headset illustration, prompts to connect the receiver and ensure the headset is powered on and has at least 30% battery, with a 'Continue' button.
- Step 4: Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions. The update tool then shows a progress bar labeled "Updating firmware. Do not unplug your G435 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset." with release notes mentioning "Apply optimizations and minor fixes".
Once the firmware update is complete, the screen will display a message indicating the update was successful. The final screen of the "Logitech G435 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset Update Tool" shows a headset illustration with a blue checkmark, confirming "You have successfully updated the firmware.", and a 'Close' button.
Note ?: If the firmware update process is interrupted for any reason, the update may fail. In this case, reset the headset by inserting a SIM-ejector tool into the reset button under the left earpad for 2 seconds until the green LED blinks. The reset button is located under the left earpad.
